| With the development of photoelectric technology,lens and lens array are increasingly used in daily equipment.In order to meet the application requirements of various scenarios,a variety of manufacturing schemes have emerged.Polymer lens and lens array manufacturing schemes based on tension have been widely used due to their extremely smooth surface and good surface consistency.In addition,the vast majority of manufacturing methods of lens and lens array are difficult to achieve a good balance between the surface quality of lens,the convenience of technological process and the cost of lens.Based on the effect of tension,this paper proposes a manufacturing method of double convex lens to control the change of focal length by controlling the amount of resin injection,and further proposes a manufacturing method of microlens array to control the curvature of lens array by controlling the gravity effect by controlling the depth of the template groove.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the proper curing process and curing parameters were selected through experiments for the photocuring scheme,and the influence of teflon coating on the wettability between resin and template is studied.Secondly,a manufacturing method of large curvature double convex lens based on liquid interface is proposed.The feasibility of the proposed lens manufacturing method is analyzed theoretically and simulated,and the dependence of lens geometry on structural parameters is studied.A double convex lens with a wide range of focal length variation is fabricated by experiments,and the reason of data deviation among theory,simulation and experiment is analyzed.The optical imaging performance of the lens is characterized.Finally,a new manufacturing scheme of microlens array is proposed to adjust the surface profile of the lens by controlling the height of the template.The forming effect of the lens array is analyzed from both theoretical and simulation perspectives,and the changing trend of the lens shape in the case of fine holes is studied.A large scale lens array is fabricated by experiments,and a microlens array with special regular profile is fabricated by using a template with special through-hole shape.The imaging performance of lens array prepared by circular through-hole template is characterized. |
