With the rapid development of China’s industry,the production of high-quality products is inseparable from industrial testing.With the increasingly strict quality requirements of industrial products,the structure of inspected objects and complex product testing environment,the performance requirements of industrial testing equipment are becoming higher.In order to realize the localization of industrial endoscopes,for the detection of industrial parts and the requirements of small size and high precision of measuring equipment,this paper designs a single-camera stereo vision system based on isosceles prism..It can realize the detection function,and has the advantages of low manufacturing cost,high measurement accuracy,Lightweight and portable.Based on the principle of binocular vision,a biprism-single camera stereo vision system is designed.The influence of structural parameters on the measurement accuracy of the system is analyzed and gives the overall scheme design of the system,including hardware system and software system.On the basis of the overall design of the system,the system is calibrated and image corrected,so as to reduce the difficulty of subsequent stereo matching.In order to highlight the effective information of the collected image,we use the denoising,contrast enhancement and Poisson fusion are used,and Canny operator is improved to improve the sensitivity of edge detection.Combining FAST,SURF and FLANN algorithms to match the feature points of stereo image pairs,and using random sampling to remove the mismatched point pairs,the matching efficiency and accuracy are effectively improved.In order to verify the test performance of the system,the experimental test of the measurement accuracy of the system is carried out.Firstly,the three-dimensional reconstruction of the target workpiece is carried out.Secondly,the feasibility of the system design is verified by measuring the size of high-precision checkerboard and square and analyzing the data.The experimental results show that the measurement error of the system is less than 0.05 mm at a working distance of 50 mm,which meets the requirements of most applications.
