| The wiring process is important in the production process of rail vehicles,and the quality of wiring affects the running condition and driving safety of vehicles.The traditional guiding wiring methods cannot clarify the details of wiring harness paths and wiring processes.The cable layout design based on physical property can obtain more realistic digital layout results,and the visualization technology based on mixed reality can reach the goal of assembly guiding based on virtual-real fusion.which has important research significance and application value.The reasonable implementation of the wiring process can be realized by constructing the vehicle wiring guiding system,which has important research significance and application value.Therefore,in this thesis,we conduct a research on the mixed reality guiding vehicle wiring system based on physical property simulation,and carry out the following main research work:Firstly,we analyze the general requirements of railway vehicle wiring process,and the problems existing in the process of wiring,such as unintuitive cable path,large span of wiring space and inconvenient acquisition of process standards,etc.A mixed reality guiding vehicle wiring system framework for wiring guiding is proposed,which includes two key technologies: physical property cable constraint simulation and mixed reality wiring guiding visualization.The physical property cable constraint simulation corresponds to the cable layout interaction design module based on physical property simulation,and the mixed reality wiring guiding visualization corresponds to the wiring mixed reality guiding module.And a systematic workflow from modeling and optimization of rail vehicle and componments to guiding wiring operation based on hybrid reality is established.Secondly,aiming at the difficulties in the interactive design of flexible cables under multi-constraint conditions of rail vehicles,a research of the cable layout design based on physical properties under engineering constraints is carried out.Aiming at the problem of flexible deformation of cables,a physical cable model based on discrete elastic rods is established.The assembly and virtual wiring constraints are constructed respectively based on the engineering and simulation constraints in the wiring process respectively.Aiming at the problem of the easy interference of cable model,which caused poor sense of reality,a multi-level collision detection process for flexible cables is designed.A penalty function is introduced to transform the equality constraints in the cable energy minimization problem,and the solution is solved by semi-implicit Euler method under quasi-static and an iterative solver based on position dynamics method.Finally,the morphology and comparison simulation of the cable are carried out to verify that the proposed method for simulating cables with constrained physical properties can meet the requirements of vehicle cable layout simulation interaction design.Then,the research of the method and application of rail vehicle wiring guiding based on mixed reality is carried out for the demand to visual cable layout guiding.According to the specific requirements of the application of virtual-real fusion wiring for rail vehicles,a wiring guiding process framework based on mixed reality is proposed.Aiming at the problem that the tracking and registration is difficult due to the large and complex rail vehicle body space,a two-step virtual scene registration method based on the locked space interactive matching and the iterative closest point algorithm matching is studied.A method of the cable wiring information analytic and model mapping is proposed.On this basis,the process of wiring parameter verifying and interaction guiding based on wiring simulation are designed,and the mixed reality multi-modal interaction method are studied.Finally,the proposed method of wiring guiding visualization based on mixed reality is verified to be able to meet the needs of wiring guiding.Finally,Combining the above key technologies,the two main modules,namely interactive simulation of cable layout with constraints and mixed reality application of vehicle wiring,are developed and integrated to build a mixed reality guiding vehicle wiring system.Taking the ceiling wiring process of a certain type of EMU as an example,a virtual 3D layout scene is constructed by modeling and assembling the layout parts,and the cable layout operation is carried out according to the process guiding information to verify that the proposed system can complete the rail vehicle cable layout guiding task. |
