| With the gradual reduction of urban aboveground available space,traffic congestion occurs frequently.Traffic construction gradually turns to the development and utilization of underground space,and tunnel engineering projects increase rapidly.In the process of tunnel construction,it is inevitable to encounter extreme environment or extreme working conditions,such as super long tunnel,deep buried tunnel,large section tunnel,subsea tunnel,etc.The tunnel construction process is complex,with the characteristics of limited working space,many risk factors and difficult management.Under adverse geological conditions,the tunnel construction process becomes more complex.Efficient and high-quality tunnel construction requires the intersection of multi-disciplinary knowledge and data sharing in different fields of civil engineering.In order to improve the efficiency and benefit of tunnel engineering design,construction and even the whole process management of tunnel,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology is applied to tunnel engineering.Through the three-dimensional information transmission mode,BIM technology can create a three-dimensional model that can be easily recognized by all tunnel construction participants,assist them to intuitively,comprehensively and effectively understand the comprehensive information of tunnel construction projects and reduce the loss of information transmission.Aiming at a Bay Tunnel,the largest shield subsea tunnel in China,the whole process BIM technology application of engineering design,construction management and digital delivery is realized.The main contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)In this thesis,the cooperation mode of tunnel design and tunnel construction based on BIM technology are analyzed.The integrated model of tunnel design and construction based on BIM technology is proposed.The implementation process of tunnel BIM technology and the requirements of software,hardware and organizational structure,and determines the application principle of BIM technology are analyzed.(2)Based on BIM technology,the planning and comparison of lines can be realized,the best route of the tunnel can be determined,and the three-dimensional section design of the tunnel can be carried out.BIM technology can be applied to parametric design,and the logical model can be established with the help of parametric software from steel support,lattice column to tunnel design.(3)The visual design of Bay Tunnel using BIM technology makes the drawing information more intuitive and greatly reduces the obstacles to information transmission.In the application process of BIM technology,since a large number of existing software are mainly aimed at above ground buildings,the application of BIM technology to tunnel modeling is a time-consuming process,which directly determines the efficiency of project design Rate.The application of BIM-3D technology in tunnel engineering can carry out geological model and safety risk prediction,analyze and design the scheme for complex geological parts,determine the overall shield scheme,predict the geological conditions of shield tunneling,parameterize shield segments,and promote factory prefabrication production.(4)Based on the establishment of BIM-4D model,the 4D project progress is simulated in Navis Works software to reasonably arrange the construction period and ensure the project implementation progress.Bim-4D technology is used to simulate the shield shaft and rear supporting section,and the construction period is saved by 54 days.(5)The review process with BIM as the carrier is clear,which reduces the differences between the owner and the contractor.BIM technology is used to carry out collaborative design modeling among various disciplines in the design stage,find design conflicts in real time,optimize and solve drawing problems in advance,improve design quality,shorten the design cycle for 3 months,and reduce the cost increase caused by later rework.The application of BIM technology in tunnel engineering has good benefits. |
