With the development of China's subway construction,more and more subway subsea tunnels have emerged.Due to the complexity of its engineering environment,the construction of subsea tunnels is highly prone to risk accidents,resulting in serious casualties and property losses.At present,risk management adopts more subjective methods such as questionnaire survey and expert consultation,which makes the risk assessment results greatly influenced by human factors,and the results are not the same,which leads to the application of evaluation results is not universal.Secondly,the mining method construction risk may occur at any time.The emerging Internet of Things technology makes the dynamic early warning and real-time control technically feasible.To this end,this paper takes the subway subsea tunnel mining method as the object,and studies the construction risk assessment,early warning and real-time control of multi-source data fusion based on quality factors.The main contents of the study and Relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)Statistics of 181 risk accidents in subway tunnel construction in recent years,and analysis from various angles,it is concluded that collapse,mechanical damage,high drop are the types of accidents with high frequency of occurrence,and construction should pay attention to prevent such The type of accident occurred.(2)The WBS of the subway subsea tunnel mining method was established.On this basis,the quality factors and risk factors of the construction were integrated,and a unified risk assessment index system for the 4M1E subway subsea tunnel mining method based on quality factors was established,For quantitative risk assessment.(3)Using the fuzzy matter element and D-S evidence theory,take the Xiamen Metro Line 3 as an example to quantitatively evaluate the construction risk of the subway subsea tunnel,and the risk evaluation result is the highest risk level,which is consistent with the actual situation of the site construction.It shows the effectiveness and practicability of the evaluation method.(4)Using wavelet denoising and BP neural network to predict construction monitoring data,and constructing the basic credibility distribution of evidence body through cloud model,combined with risk assessment method to predict the construction risk of subway subsea tunnel in advance.The early warning results are consistent with the actual situation of the project,the risk levels are all five levsls.indicating that the risk warning method is effective and available.(5)Using BIM technology to realize the three-dimensional visual expression of mine construction and the construction risk management system based on BIM technology,to visualize the risk assessment and early warning results,and to control the construction risk of the subsea tunnel mining method efficiently and dynamically.(6)Research and design a real-time control system for mine construction risk based on IOT and BIM technology,and select a sensor and information transmission network suitable for subway subsea tunnel mining method construction data monitoring,aiming at realizing subway subsea tunnel mining method construction data real-time monitoring,information transmission,automatic risk warning,improve risk management efficiency.
