| Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China’s economy has shifted to high-quality development,attaching greater importance to green development and tackling climate change.The report of the20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China called for deepened energy reform to ensure energy security.However,coal-fired power generation,which accounts for 68% of electricity generation,stands in the way of achieving the two-carbon target(carbon peaking and carbon neutrality).At present,as China vigorously promotes the construction of new energy,more and more forms of new energy have become the main body of power generation increment.Thermal power,as the "ballast stone" of power security,is in more urgent need to see more stable and green operation.While ensuring and stabilizing the needs of the people’s livelihood,it is particularly important for the old thermal power units to achieve the goal of cleaner production,energy saving and reduced consumption.This paper studies the schedule control of energy saving renovation project of thermal power plants,analyzes the main factors affecting the project progress,and provides guarantee for the follow-up project schedule control.By referring to the literature related to schedule control of power plant projects and the relevant materials of electric power design institutes,this paper briefly expounds the research background,significance and objectives of the research,reviews literature on schedule control at home and abroad,and analyzes the basic framework and research route of this research,based on which this paper discusses on the research subject.Secondly,through literature research,this paper describes the theoretical basis of project schedule control and the analytical method to be used--the basic theoretical basis of structural equation.According to the literature research,this paper summarizes the main factors affecting the energy saving renovation project of power plant,analyzing personnel factor,equipment factor,construction factor,environmental factor,management factor,a total of five aspects with18 indicators.According to the 18 indicators analyzed,the researcher prepared a questionnaire and sent it to power enterprises,design institutes,construction companies,supervisors and other relevant personnel involved in the project.After the questionnaire was collected and statistical data were obtained,the researcher used SPSS26 software to conduct data preprocessing for the questionnaire data,analyzed scale items,scale reliability and verified scale validity,so as to verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Then,the researcher conducted a series of statistical analysis,including descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis,hypothesis testing analysis,etc.On that basis,according to the structural equation,and using the AMOS 26,with personnel factor,equipment factor,construction factor,environment factor and management factors as the explicit variables,and the 18 factors as the potential variables,a measurement model was constructed,a structural model was constructed based on practical experience,and SPSS was used to analyze the factor with the biggest influence on schedule control;finally,control measures were developed based on the results of model analysis.Based on the structural model analysis,the following conclusions were drawn: The schedule risk of power plant energy saving renovation project includes personnel factors,equipment factors,construction factors,environmental factors,management factors,all of which have a direct impact on the project schedule;according to the above research findings,this study proposed effective measures for schedule control considering the above influencing factors.This study provides theoretical basis for power plant enterprises to carry out energy-saving renovation projects and improve the project schedule,and provides a guidance for improving the level of modern project management of power enterprises and solving problems of schedule control in the construction process. |
