Urban central heating system is an important infrastructure for urban development.The development central heating is crucial to improve environment,save energy and improve people's living standard.Since the development of central heating,it is an uneven heating network and energy waste because of the low effective use of energy,the level of operation and management is not high.Heating firm must solve these problems if we want to develop.The engineering and area of central heating is expanding,and the heating system indirectly connected by the Heat transfer station occupies a considerable proportion.As an important link of connecting heat source and hot users,the reliability,stability and safety of heat transfer station directly affect the heating quality of the human,material and thermal users of heating units.Taking the central heating of a city as an example,this paper first introduces the composition of central heating from heat source,heat net and thermal user,analyzes the process flow of heat source and heat network,and gives a brief description of their control mode.This paper mainly introduces the process flow of heat exchanger station,discusses the principle,structure composition,operation mode and control function of the automatic control system of heat exchanger station in detail,and studies the control of two times network temperature,the voltage control of variable frequency speed regulation and the control of water pressure difference in the production process of heat exchanger station.Design of automatic control system based on PLC,the system controller selects Siemens Climatix series,the software part and the electrical part of the Heat exchanger station system are designed respectively,the control program is written by Climatix SAPRO Programming tool,and the monitoring screen of the upper computer of the heat exchanger station is designed by MCGS configuration software.,And the communication problem between heat transfer station and monitoring and dispatching center based on VPN Network technology is designed.The automatic control of Heat transfer station and the remote monitoring and management system of thermal network SCADA are realized by using advanced self-control technology,computer technology and communication technology,so as to monitor and adjust the temperature,pressure,flow rate and heat of one or two times network of heating system,and realize the adjustment strategy of the whole network balance.Finally,taking the middle floor zone system of a residential area as an example,the control system designed in this paper has been used normally,and combined with the operation records during the winter production operation,it specifically shows that the control system of the heat exchange station has a good control effect at this stage,reflecting the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction in production and operation.Therefore,this topic has theoretical research and practical application value.
