| As the product of urban historical development, historic district is an important place for people to carry out production and survival activities. It breeds many excellent traditional culture and urban memory, has high historical and cultural value, and is also the best cultural name card of the city. The proper renewal and transformation of historical blocks can not only inherit and carry forward the essence of traditional culture, but also make it better adapt to the needs of urban development. In view of the current status of the protection of historical blocks, which is fragmented and isolated, how to make comprehensive consideration of historical space, natural elements, social culture and other aspects to highlight regional characteristics, and how to strike a balance between historical protection and urban construction to achieve sustainable development are practical problems that need to be solved in the protection and inheritance of historical blocks. This thesis takes Zhongzhou Historic District of Linqing City,Shandong Province as the research object, introduces the concept of spatial genes, integrates theories of urban morphology and spatial development, builds inheritance path of spatial gene identification, extraction, analysis and evaluation, studies spatial morphological characteristics, generation mechanism and evolution law of the block, and extracts the combination relationship of elements with inheritance ability and value.Through the analysis and evaluation of the existing physical space, the main causes of the current spatial gene concealment were explored, and then the strategies of block protection and inheritance were put forward. The specific research logic and contents of this paper are as follows: The first part, starting from the national macro background and combining with the local protection dilemma, proposes the purpose and significance of the topic selection of this paper, and defines and discriminates related concepts involved,so as to clarify the research scope. The second part summarizes the general situation of the development of spatial gene theory, and combs the research methods and contents involved in the core concept and operation mechanism of spatial gene based on urban morphology, spatial development concept, historical stratigraphy and other theories,so as to lay the groundwork for subsequent studies. The third part focuses on the historical blocks of Zhongzhou, sorts out their historical evolution, and divides them into time stages. As the basis for testing the time dimension of elements,it summarizes the interaction relationship of different spatial elements and the influencing factors of inheritance and evolution, and extracts four spatial genes with inheritance ability and value, namely block axis, street layout, architectural form and city-water relationship. In the fourth part, based on the scores of relevant experts on the existing space of Zhongzhou historic district, the spatial gene evaluation model is constructed, the dynamic mechanism of its evolution is analyzed, and the spatial problems and social dilemmas affecting its expression are summarized. The fifth part takes Zhulanxiang District of Zhongzhou District as an example to carry out the specific practice of spatial gene identification and inheritance research.Aiming at the spatial problems in the district, the inheritance principle of spatial genes is established, the inheritance path of spatial genes is proposed, and the inheritance of spatial characteristics of historical districts is expected to be scientific, integrated, sustainable and operable. It provides a new research perspective for the preservation and renewal of historical and cultural blocks along the canal. |
