Study On The Habitat Restoration Design Of Riverfront Park In Luyi Urban Section Of The Guohe River

At present,there are few studies on habitat restoration based on different types of riverfront parks in the same reach.In order to find out the habitat status of the parks on both sides of the Guohe River in central urban area of Luyi County and carry out targeted restoration and landscape improvement,this area is now studied.This article focuses on three different types of riverside parks in the urban area of Luyi,including suburbs,cities,and wetlands.It investigates the crowd activity space,facilities,plants,maintenance status,and people’s cognition and attitude towards the habitat in the riverside parks.Summarize the existing habitat issues of different sections of the riverside park,clarify their respective advantages and challenges: the rural landscape advantages of the suburban section and the homogenization crisis faced in construction;The contradiction between crowd activities in urban areas and reducing interference;The demand for crowd activities and strengthening animal habitat protection in the wetland section.Consider habitat issues from the perspective of site texture,site function,and crowd needs,and follow the principles of adapting to local conditions,suitable trees,adapting to the shape,and light sorting to improve the site’s habitat.The design focuses on the river section and its specific site level,identifies the problems in the habitat of the research area,and proposes corresponding strategies.Specific strategies for the restoration design of riverside parks’ habitats are proposed from five aspects: function,crowd activity space,facilities,plants,and maintenance.These strategies include enhancing the ecological function of the site,reducing the interference of crowd activities on the habitat,improving the effectiveness of the site facilities,enriching the vegetation layer of the site,removing invasive plants,and updating the maintenance concept.The restoration design features of the suburban section include the addition of ecological ditches and plant buffer zones,the use of existing trees on the site,the addition of artificial bird nests and sculptures,and the addition of edible honey source plants;The restoration design features of urban sections include replacing damaged cement slopes with ecological slope protection,reducing human interference with fences,adding animal infrastructure,and excavating and protecting potential high-quality plant patches;The restoration design features of the wetland section include greening the space under the bridge,removing crops and planting soil fixing plants,adding interactive education facilities,and removing invasive plants.This article focuses on the habitat differences and problems of riverside parks on different banks of medium-sized rivers flowing through the county town.It proposes habitat restoration strategies and conducts landscape optimization work to create a riverside space that is harmonious between humans and water,and friendly coexistence between humans and other animals and plants.
