| In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of large-scale earthquakes,the victims of life and property safety and national economy and environment caused immeasurable losses.In the initial stage of earthquake disaster,the key of rescue operation is how to make rescue action plan quickly by relevant emergency departments,to meet the people’s demand for emergency materials and reduce the loss caused by disaster to the greatest extent.In addition,the strong destruction of the earthquake will also bring about road blocking,interruption and other negative situations.How to select reasonable and safe and reliable distribution lines for emergency supplies and efficiently provide emergency supplies to the disaster area is of practical research value for the implementation of emergency rescue work.Papers to the earthquake as the research background,natural disasters to emergency supplies distribution and unmanned uavs and the joint distribution of the vehicle as the research object,take into consideration of the damage is the path to the point,introduction of unmanned uav as a special case at the end of the vehicle,give full play to the transportation vehicles,long distance,large carrying capacity,and unmanned uav is not restricted by terrain,transportation,the advantage of fast speed,An emergency distribution route model with drone delivery at the end is constructed.This paper first discusses the research status of emergency logistics distribution path planning at home and abroad,and puts forward the main research content of this paper on the basis of previous research.Firstly,k-means function was used to cluster the affected points.Considering the factors of road interruption and obstruction under the background of earthquake disaster,qualitative and quantitative analysis was made on the factors affecting the difficulty of road passage,which improved the feasibility of the emergency distribution scheme.The route planning model of vehicle-UAV united delivery of emergency supplies was constructed,and the objective function was to maximize the sum of satisfaction of all disaster-affected points.An intelligent algorithm combining ant colony algorithm and simulated annealing was proposed to solve the emergency path planning model,and the basic principle and solving process of the two algorithms were analyzed.The hybrid algorithm used the centroid position returned by clustering to calculate the truck path.Finally,combined with the earthquake disaster example in N county,the algorithm program was written by Matlab to realize the solution of the model and finally determine the optimal route scheme of emergency supplies distribution in N area,which confirmed the rationality and feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm.In this paper,the vehicle-UAV united distribution path planning model considering road feasibility can provide reference for the research and construction of emergency logistics,and has certain practical reference value.It can provide theoretical support for the future joint distribution of emergency supplies with uav and vehicle. |
