Research On Optimization Of Logistics Delivery Path For S Company Considering The Location Of Distribution Centers

With the constant improvement of online shopping environment and the rapid development of logistics and distribution industry,the volume of express delivery is growing rapidly,and the problem of express delivery is getting more and more attention.At present,there are some problems in the express distribution of logistics companies,such as low utilization rate of vehicles and unscientific express distribution routes,which lead to repeated distribution routes and unreasonable distribution time,and therefore increase the cost of express distribution.Making scientific distribution path,planning regional distribution structure,increasing logistics basic distribution input and realizing long-term transportation cost optimization are important ways to reduce logistics company distribution cost,which is of great significance to the development of logistics company.With S enterprise as an object,the distribution routes optimization of existing distribution centers and potential distribution centers was studied.The thesis combed the relevant researches on the site selection and routes optimization of distribution centers,then investigated and analyzed the status quo and existing problems of S company in logistics and distribution.Based on that,aiming at existing distribution centers and potential distribution centers,the corresponding distribution routes optimization models with minimizing total costs as the goal and working time,number of vehicles and times of allowed distribution as restraints were built.Based on the actual data of S enterprise,genetic algorithm was adopted to solve the two models and provide the distribution routes optimization schemes for existing distribution centers and potential distribution centers.The research shows that the cost of the existing distribution route of S company is higher than the two optimal routes proposed in this thesis considering the existing distribution center and the relocation of the distribution center,and the distribution cost considering the relocation is lower than the distribution cost in the existing distribution center.Obviously,the route optimization considering the location of distribution center is beneficial to reduce the distribution cost;The delivery time is added as a constraint condition to improve the model,which can ensure that the delivery scheme can meet the working time limit of express delivery personnel and meet the actual requirements of distribution.The research results of this thesis can provide reference and reference for S company’s logistics distribution management under the existing distribution center and distribution center relocation,and also provide ideas and methods for other companies’ logistics distribution management.
