With the development of the logistics industry,the problem of optimal allocation of goods space in the warehouse of logistics and storage enterprises is becoming more and more prominent.The operation efficiency of the warehouse can be improved by the reasonable allocation of goods space to different categories.However,most researchers mainly focus on the frequency of goods in and out of storage and the stable bearing of shelves,without much consideration of the influencing characteristics of goods themselves.Based on this,this paper uses the theory of multi-color set to analyze the location of a fabric coil warehouse in Zhejiang province,and solves the existing problems such as low operating efficiency,disordered frequency in and out of storage,and disordered location of goods in the fabric coil warehouse through the optimal distribution strategy of goods:(1)Take the frequency of goods in and out of the warehouse,shelf stability,and uniform distribution of goods as indicators.The multi-objective function model is established by the weight analysis method.The smaller the objective function value is,the better the model is.(2)The 110 data of the case engineering background are processed,and the multi-objective model is simulated and solved by MATLAB to analyze the changes in objective function values under different initial cargo positions.(3)The FLEXSIM software is used to carry out dynamic simulation of the overall flow line of the optimized cargo space allocation scheme.By adjusting the initial parameters of supporting facilities,the efficiency of the stacker before and after optimization is compared.The final result data shows that the objective function value of the optimized cargo space allocation scheme is stable at about 300,which is reduced by two-thirds compared with 1000 before optimization.It shows that the optimized location distribution scheme comprehensively solves the problems existing in the current coil warehouse,such as the disorder of the frequency of goods in and out of the warehouse,the stable load bearing of the shelves,the correlation of goods,and the uniform layout of goods.It achieves the desired optimization effect.In addition,the stacker efficiency of the optimized scheme is 80%,15% higher than the 65% before optimization,which also verifies the feasibility of the optimization scheme and has certain guiding significance for practical engineering applications.
