As so far, Job-shop scheduling problem studied, most of which are researched under fixed manufacturing resources and seldom considered matching machining process restriction. Matching machining process is a usual method which used in the course of precision and ultra-precision machining to ensure the among manufacturing parts. For matching machining process increases the restricting condition in the course of production scheduling, the difficulty of scheduling is enhancing. Besides, increasing factories introduce reconfiguring technique to enhance the flexibility of machining device. Based on the two sides above, the paper considers resource reconfiguring and job-shop scheduling in the matching machining process. Polychromatic sets theory is introduced to fulfill the partnership between equipment and working procedure set, and heuristic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to realize the optimal scheduling under multiple target condition.The main research work of this dissertation as the following:(1) According to the demand of task scheduling, the processing resources in shop are allocated before scheduling. After analyzed the relationship of processing resources, processing condition, processing demand and so on, paper uses polychromatic sets theory to establishing the mode of equipment allocation. Then, using operation rules of polychromatic sets theory to gain corresponding resource set of working procedure set.(2) Research the method of job-shop scheduling with matching machining process constraints. For having the process restriction, the complexity of job-shop scheduling will be increasing. The paper uses heuristic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to deal with this problem. In which, the process, time and resource restriction are considered as valuing elements of the method. According to the result of evaluating these valuing elements through the method, the priority of part procedures can be gained and equipments can be selected by the yielding target of enterprises.(3) Scheduling software module is developed for validating the feasibility of the algorithm.
