The hydraulic transmission system commonly used in construction machinery requires a high degree of integration,small size,convenient operation,good sealing performance,small energy loss,and low heat generation.In view of this,the design and research of standard control unit of hydraulic system based on two-way cartridge valve were carried out in this paper.Because the hydraulic system composed of cartridge valves is the most compact and has the highest degree of integration,the standard control unit is composed of two two-way cartridge valves.The hydraulic system controlled by the standard control unit adopts the independent control technology of the load port,which can reduce the heating of the system and realize energy saving.The main research contents of the article include:(1)Establishing the control model of the standard control unit based on the hydraulic resistance theory and the working principle of the cartridge valve,and analysing that the standard control unit has good control characteristics.(2)Based on the ISO-7789 cartridge valve design standard,the cartridge displacement-force feedback one-way proportional throttle valve and the cartridge pressure indirect detection proportional relief valve were designed.The basic structure and working principle of the two valves were analyzed,and the main structural parameters of the two valves were obtained.The three-dimensional models of the cartridge type displacement-force feedback one-way proportional throttle valve and the cartridge type indirect pressure detection proportional relief valve were established based on Solid Works.The structural strength of the valve sleeve was simulated and analyzed by ANSYS software to verify the rationality of the structural parameter design and material selection.The mathematical models of the two proportional cartridge valves were established respectively,and the corresponding simulation models were built by AMESim to carry out the simulation analysis of the dynamic and static characteristics of the valves and to obtain the optimal dimensional parameters.(3)Proposed a standard control unit,designed a three-way integrated block based on ISO-7789 standard,built a three-dimensional model of the standard control unit based on Solid Works,and verified the feasibility of the connected oil circuit;used two standard control units to control the hydraulic system,listed the twelve control functions of the standard control unit;used AMESim software to build a simulation model of the system,and verified the feasibility of the standard control unit to control the hydraulic system.The simulation model of the system was built with AMESim software to verify the rationality of the hydraulic system controlled by the standard control units;the simulation analysis results show that the circuit controlled by the standard control units has the characteristics of a differential circuit,which can realize the fast advance of the hydraulic cylinder and the regeneration of the negative load flow to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
