| With the continuous development of logistics industry,more and more logistics enterprises choose automated three-dimensional warehouse as the key link of logistics transit.The stacker in the three-dimensional warehouse is also the core equipment of the logistics warehouse.Its operation is characterized by frequent starting,braking,rising and falling;According to the throughput rate of60 pieces per hour,the operation time of the stacker in the process of braking and descent is about 15 minutes.In the process of braking and descent,the stacker motor actually works in the power generation state.The traditional method is to install the braking resistor on the stacker and consume this part of energy in the power generation state.According to the actual survey data,a logistics center with a daily throughput of 20000 pieces needs about 15 stackers,The working time of each stacker in the energy feeding state within one hour is about 15 minutes,and the time of one day is 6 hours.The motor power of 1.5-ton stacker is 18.5kw,and the wasted electric energy is about 100 k W / h.The electric energy wasted by 15 stackers is about 1500 k W / h.therefore,as one of the equipment with the largest energy consumption in the logistics system,it is necessary to carry out energy-saving optimization design.The main innovation of this paper is to design an energy feedback system suitable for recycling renewable electric energy during frequent braking of stacker,instead of braking resistance,so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.Firstly,the energy consumption mathematical model of stacker is established;Then,through the energy consumption analysis of the data collected by the stacker during horizontal operation in the actual project,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the energy consumption of the stacker during horizontal operation are speed and acceleration,and the specific relationship between these two factors and energy consumption is obtained;Finally,according to the relationship between speed,acceleration and energy consumption,the energy feedback system of stacker is designed.When the stacker motor is in the running state of the generator and the DC terminal voltage of the frequency converter rises due to the absorption of feedback electric energy,the battery is charged through the DC-DC converter,the absorbed excess electric energy is stored,and finally fed back to the stacker control system.Through the simulation test,the feasibility of the system is verified.The results show that the system has good energy-saving effect and certain practical value. |
