Research On Capital Centralized Management Of L Power Supply Company Of State Grid

As a new fund management mode,"fund collection" has been pursued by more and more large group companies in recent years.This mode helps enterprises to achieve unified and standardized fund management and improve the efficiency of fund use.As the world’s largest public utility enterprise,State Grid Corporation is also constantly exploring the upgrading and improvement of fund management.However,while making outstanding achievements,State Grid Corporation also suffered several fund safety accidents,which not only caused losses to the company,but also had to bear the negative pressure brought by public opinion.This reflects from the side that there are still many deficiencies in the implementation of "fund collection" in the State Grid company,and local companies need to improve their budget management,accounting,compliance and other aspects.L power Supply Company is a grass-roots power supply company under the State Grid Company.Its operating status and fund management level are at the medium level within the State Grid system,and it can be a typical representative of most grass-roots power supply companies.In this paper,L power supply company as the main research object,focusing on the company’s centralized management of funds.First of all,this paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of the research on centralized fund management by combing and sorting out the relevant literature at home and abroad.Then,taking L power supply Company as an example,the current situation of centralized fund management is analyzed.The main problems include:the functions of the capital management organization of L power supply company are repeated and mutually restricted,the execution effect of capital budget is not ideal,the effect of capital collection is poor,and the use efficiency of funds is low.Further through the analysis,it is found that the causes of the centralized fund management problem of L power supply company are:unclear function division of the fund management organization,insufficient fund budget implementation,many restrictive factors for the collection of funds,and the use process of funds to be improved.Finally,in view of the shortage of centralized fund management of L power supply Company,this paper puts forward constructive suggestions from optimizing the fund management system,strengthening the company’s budget management,improving the efficiency of fund collection and improving the efficiency of fund use.This paper takes L power supply Company as an example to study the centralized fund management,sort out the problems existing in the centralized fund management of L power supply company,and further improve the centralized fund management system,which is helpful to improve the overall financial management level of the company,and provide reference for the fund management of other power supply companies of the same type.
