In recent years,consumers have higher and higher requirements for automobile anti-corrosion performance,and vehicle body structure corrosion is a major category of automobile corrosion,body corrosion will directly affect the stiffness and strength of the body,and then affect the safety of the car ride comfort.Vehicle anti-corrosion mechanism and protection work was carried out earlier in foreign countries,with relatively mature test standards,regulations and numerical simulation analysis.In China,the research on vehicle anti-corrosion started late,mainly focusing on the exploration of vehicle corrosion mechanism and key factors as well as the application of simulation tools.Gas accumulation is a common problem in the process of body electrophoresis,which will affect the adhesion of body electrophoresis paint,thus reducing the coating rate of body in white,and ultimately affecting the anti-corrosion performance of body.At present,there is no relevant academic literature and report on the problem of electrophoretic gas accumulation,and it is urgent to fill this research gap.Therefore,in this article,in view of the electrophoretic gas accumulation and vehicle gas releasing and anti-corrosion structure question detailed discussion and research,using the finite element analysis software ALSIM on automobile body electrophoresis process,the body in the electrophoretic liquid infiltration situation fast simulation,obtain the distribution of body internal bubbles and electrophoresis liquid residue,and judgment on the sheet metal electrophoresis paint and rust risk.Joint test to validate the simulation analysis method,and applied research results to gas releasing and anti-corrosion structure design of key parts of the body like the roof beams,wheel cover and hood,eventually established standard system for the development of gas releasing and anti-corrosion structure,applied to other projects,for the development of vehicle exhaust anticorrosive guidance and reference for the design of structure,Shorten development cycle,save development cost and improve anti-corrosion performance.Firstly,the simulation analysis method of electrophoretic gas accumulation is the combination of pre-processing automatic mesh repair software MERGE and solver ALSIM software to calculate parameter setting and output the cloud map of simulation analysis results.In order to verify the reliability of the electrophoretic simulation analysis method,a simple model was built and the electrophoretic simulation analysis method was used to analyze the gas accumulation situation.A sample of 1:1 scale model was made and carried through the painting workshop with the car body to verify the consistency between the simulation analysis results and the physical results.At the same time,the influencing factors of car body gas accumulation were studied.Secondly,the simulation analysis method of electrophoretic gas accumulation has been verified in the actual project development.The verification results show that the simulation analysis is consistent with the actual results,and the reliability is high,which can be applied to the actual project.Based on this,the simulation analysis method was applied to study the typical vehicle body gas accumulation problem,and several schemes were verified in several key structures of the vehicle body,and the experience value of the design specification of the gas releasing and anti-corrosion structure of the key structure of the vehicle body was accumulated.In the new project,the design specification value of gas releasing and anti-corrosion is applied to verify the effectiveness of gas releasing and anti-corrosion structure,and it is proved that the gas releasing and anti-corrosion structure specification can effectively solve the problem of gas accumulation.Finally build and develop the standard system of body exhaust anti-corrosion structure,so as to better promote and apply the research results,including the development process of gas accumulation structure,the evaluation standard of gas accumulation analysis results and the design standard of body exhaust anti-corrosion structure.
