| As the national economy developed and people’s living standards improved,electric locomotives transport materials to all parts of the country,EMUs and high-speed trains greatly shorten the travel time between cities,Urban rail transit system provides citizens with convenient and fast travel options,and citizens’ commuting is more and more convenient.All these benefit from the rapid development of our county’s railway industry,especially the autonomy and localization of rail transit equipment.As an important rail transit equipment component,with its extensive application of modern converter technology with high power,high voltage and extremely high switching frequency,the electromagnetic interference energy generated during its operation is stronger and wider,and the interference frequency band becomes wider and wider.If it is not suppressed,it may seriously disturbs the electronic equipments,signal equipments and safety equipments installed on the vehicle.However,the equipments with high electromagnetic sensitivity are very vulnerable to be disturbed and misoperated,which may cause equipments failure or affect the safety of vehicles.In this paper,the electromagnetic interference test and inhibition technology of auxiliary converter are studied.Firstly,the paper introduces the development status of auxiliary converter and the research on electromagnetic interference at home and abroad,analyzes the development process of electromagnetic interference research and the current major management mode of product electromagnetic compatibility performance at home and abroad,analyzes the functions and characteristics of each part of auxiliary converter in detail,and expounds the structural form and working principle of main auxiliary converters at present.Taking the design of auxiliary converter of a certain urban rail engineering vehicle as an example,the functions of each unit of auxiliary converter are systematically described.Then,the main coupling modes of conducted disturbance and radiated emission are studied,it analyzes the relevant standard requirements of the current electromagnetic interference test,and defines the specific test requirements of the existing standards for the electromagnetic interference of auxiliary converter products,as well as the limit lines corresponding to each test frequency band.According to the standard requirements,build the electromagnetic interference test system of auxiliary converter products,clarify the test equipments required for electromagnetic interference test of auxiliary converter in the laboratory,as well as the main parameter requirements and working principle of various equipments,and determine the test method of conducted disturbance and radiation emission of auxiliary converter products.Finally,the basic principle of EMI suppression measures is studied,and combined with engineering practice,the characteristics of magnetic ring and the selection of several typical magnetic rings are studied,and a three-stage EMI filter is designed,in the frequency band where the auxiliary converter is easy to be interfered,it can play a very good role in interference suppression.By setting up a test system in the laboratory,the electromagnetic interference characteristics of an auxiliary converter are tested,and the conducted disturbance of each port and the radiation emission test of the frequency band required by the standard are accomplished.It is verified that the proposed method can effectively suppress the EMI emission and improve the EMI characteristics of the auxiliary converter. |
