| The effective utilization and sustainable development of energy is a policy that China has always adhered to.China’s "fourteenth five year plan" also puts forward the goal of "accelerating the green transformation of development mode,reducing energy consumption and improving environmental quality" for the construction field.People’s "clothing","food" and "housing" are mainly carried out in residential buildings,so it is very important to study residential energy conservation.The author investigated several high-rise residential buildings in different areas of Changsha.First,the author investigated the basic situati on of high-rise residential buildings,including building form,roof form,number of floors,number of stair households,type proportion and type area.It was found that the vast majority of high-rise residential buildings used flat roofs,and the high-rise residential buildings with two stairs and four households with 19-33 floors accounted for a large proportion.Through sorting and analysis,the typical types of high-rise residential buildings in Changsha are integrated.Secondly,in the investigation,w e also obtained the energy-saving structure practices of the roof,exterior wall,exterior window,sun shading and other envelope structures of high-rise residential buildings,and analyzed the impact of different residential envelope structures.Then,com bined with the survey data of high-rise residential power consumption,it is found that the main energy consumption of high-rise residential buildings in Changsha is heating and air conditioning and refrigeration and air conditioning.Low energy consumption design of residential buildings was carried out earlier in northern China,and a relatively mature technical system and relevant standards have been formed.Changsha is a hot summer and cold winter region,and there is no energy-saving design standard for low energy consumption(75% energy-saving rate)in this region.In order to find an energy-saving method suitable for Changsha residential building envelope with low energy consumption,the author uses openstudio software(built-in calculation engine energy plus)to simulate the building energy consumption of typical high-rise residential units in Changsha.Through simulation,the influence of different parts of residential building envelope on cooling and heating load when the heat transfer coefficient c hanges is obtained,and the data statistics are made.According to the results of data statistics,the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope of high-rise residential buildings in Changsha is obtained.Based on this data,combined with the analysis of b uilding envelope practices in the previous investigation,we screened out building envelope practices that not only meet the user’s habits,but also meet the project quality requirements,but also apply to the climate.Finally,in the screening results,se lect the method suitable for Changsha high-rise residential building envelope,and apply it to the actual project,so that it can finally meet the requirements of 75% energy-saving rate. |
