Force Analysis Of Reinforced Concrete Immersed Tube Tunnel Formwork And Curing Shed

In recent years,with the increasing requirements of bridge span and clearance,the construction difficulty and cost are gradually increasing.The emergence of tunnel technology alleviates this problem well,but the environment of immersed tube tunnel projects is different,which increases the difficulty of project advancement in the process of implementation.Based on the development status of immersed tube tunnel construction at home and abroad,this paper takes Dalian Bay immersed tube tunnel project as the research background,and studies the key problems of immersed tube construction technology.The research aspects are as follows:(1)Centering on improving the safety,quality and progress management of immersed pipe tunnel construction,this paper systematically introduces two construction methods of prefabricated reinforced concrete pipe joints from the perspective of development history,advantages,disadvantages and applicability: dry dock method and factory method.(2)The design of the immersed tube formwork system used in the prefabrication of the immersed tube in the whole section of Dalian Bay is emphasized,and the finite element software ANSYS is used for numerical simulation and analysis,and the feasibility of the designed formwork is proved by the practice in the actual project.(3)The curing problem of concrete formwork is deeply discussed,and the problem of strengthening the curing shed of concrete formwork is designed,and the numerical simulation and analysis are carried out through the finite element software ANSYS,and the practice in the actual project process proves the feasibility of this method,and provides a reference for subsequent research.(4)It improves the construction and management technology of immersed tube tunnel,promotes the development of the construction technology of immersed tube tunnel,and provides a useful reference for the subsequent construction and management of immersed tube tunnel.Through a series of research,finally formed the universal applicability of immersed tube formwork system and curing shed system...
