| With its unique self-compacting property,self-compacting concrete has been used in some projects.The performance of the machine-made sand is similar to the natural sand,the price is cheap,and the production is adjustable and controllable.Using machine-made sand to prepare self-compacting concrete can not only save engineering costs,but also avoid the large-scale exploitation of natural sand and protect the ecological environment.At present,for the self-compacting concrete with machine-made sand,the research focuses on the ratio design optimization and material properties,and there are few studies on the composite components of self-compacting concrete with machine-made sand.Therefore,this paper studies the shear performance and group stud effect of stud connector for steel self-compacting concrete with machine-made sand composite members by push-out test and finite element analysis.The main research contents are as follows:1.According to the relevant norms,six steel self-compacting concrete with machine-made sand composite members were designed.Through the push-out test,the failure mechanism of the specimens and the variation of the shear bearing capacity and shear stiffness of the stud connectors were analyzed.2.The calculation formulas of shear bearing capacity and shear stiffness of stud connectors proposed by different specifications and scholars are compared and analyzed.And based on the test data,the calculation formula of stud connector for selfcompacting concrete with machine-made sand is proposed.3.The specimen model was established by finite element software,and the reliability of the model was verified by comparing the test data.4.A total of 10 finite element group stud models were established to study the group stud effect of stud connector for self-compacting concrete with machine-made sand,and the effects of the number of stud layers,concrete strength and longitudinal spacing of studs on the group stud effect of stud connectors for self-compacting concrete with machine-made sand were analyzed.5.The calculation formulas of shear capacity reduction coefficient of studs proposed by different specifications and scholars are compared and analyzed,and based on the simulation data,the calculation formula of shear capacity reduction coefficient of stud connectors for self-compacting concrete with machine-made sand is proposed. |
