In this paper, a reasonable and feasible program is developed to research the force transferbehavior of steel reinforced concrete with stud connectors. Based on theoretical analysis and pushout test, the shear transfer behaviors are researched.Fifty steel reinforced concrete short columns with stud connectors and one comparative steelreinforced concrete short columns without stud connectors in the surface of shape steel werestatically tested.According to the mechanical force behavior of steel reinforced concrete with studconnector, a displacement transducer is set to measure displacement in both loading and free end.Resistance strain gauges are set on the surface of parts of the steel to measure steel straindistribution along the longitudinal section of the shape steel. In the process of test, records the crackdistribution and its law of development. Then give a comprehensive study on such characteristicsof steel reinforced concrete with stud connectors as damage patterns, crack patterns, feature ofload and slip, strain distribution of steel and force-transfer bearing capacity. Comparing steelsurface and segregation of concrete specimen and isolation bearing capacity of the specimens,determines the steel and concrete under different failure modes of natural bonding and stud sheareffect on the longitudinal shear transfer in their respective contributions and the combination ofboth effects.With reference to domestic and foreign existing research results, based on determining theconstitutive relations of steel and concrete materials, use the finite element analysis softwareANSYS, through calculation and analysis of test specimen, verifies the correctness of thecalculation model. Established model is then used for analyzing internal steel stress distribution,stress development of stirrup and concrete fracture morphology of different specimen. Finally awhole set of modeling, computation and analysis methods of finite element analysis of steelreinforced concrete with stud connectors are formed. On the basis of test results and calculationanalysis, deduce the method to calculate the shear bearing capacity of steel reinforced concretepush-out specimens with stud connectors and the specific construction measures to prevent outsideconcrete from the splitting damage.
