Research On The Mechanism, Architecture And Path Of Intelligent Finance To Help Achieve Dual Carbon Goal

Under the pressure of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the electric power industry,as the industry with the largest proportion of carbon emissions,is actively looking for ways and methods to achieve the carbon neutralization goal.The reform of carbon neutralization is inseparable from economic transactions,and finance is the management tool of economic transactions.In recent years,this tool is undergoing intelligent reform,which has brought new momentum to the realization of the goal of carbon neutralization in the power industry.Intelligent finance is still in the stage of theoretical research in the academic community with less practice,and the development direction has not been unified.Few scholars study intelligent finance from the industry level.This paper takes the electric power industry as an example to study the mechanism of achieving the goal of carbon neutralization assisted by smart finance,design the intelligent finance architecture and its implementation path,and summarize the application experience in the electric power industry to promote to other industries.Therefore,this study has high theoretical and practical value.This paper first combs the current literature on the relationship between intelligent finance,intelligent finance and carbon neutralization through literature research,and then analyzes the concept and theory of intelligent finance.Secondly,the article takes the power industry as an example to study the current difficulties encountered by the financial system of the electric power industry.Thirdly,the mechanism of carbon neutralization by intelligent finance under this framework is analyzed from five perspectives: the interconnection of banks and enterprises,the unified power market,the carbon market,the fourth phase of gold and tax,and the upstream and downstream industrial chain.Then,based on the existing problems in the electric power industry and intelligent financial design principles,this paper designs the industry intelligent financial structure,and puts forward suggestions for the path of financial intelligence in the electric power industry.Finally,the results of this study are summarized,and future research is prospected.It is found that intelligent finance plays a role in promoting the realization of carbon neutralization goal in the electric power industry,and its mechanism is described in detail.In addition,the article also found that most of the mechanisms can be extended from the electric power industry to other high carbon emission industries,which has universal value,proving that intelligent finance has promoting significance in realizing the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals in China.In the process of building intelligent finance in the electric power industry,it needs top-down planning,otherwise it is difficult to achieve the expected goal.
