The so-called combination of industry and finance,in a literal sense,is an organic combination of industrial capital and financial capital.Nowadays,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and enterprises are also facing huge challenges.Since the reform and opening up,more than 80% of enterprise groups have started the mode of industrial chain integration and coordinated development.In particular,with the sequential advancement of the "13th Five-Year Plan" in China’s central enterprises,many enterprises have realized the integration and innovation of the physical industry and the financial industry,and created a diversified development pattern.The coordinated development of industry and finance will become a new mode of enterprise development in the future.However,the effect of integration of industry and finance is not always as expected at present.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the impact path and effect of business performance of integration of industry and finance.This thesis takes SAIC Group as the research subject of case.Taking Value Chain,Diversified Operations,Synergy and Internalization as the theoretical basis,combining literature induction method,comparative research method and case analysis method,this thesis mainly studies the impact of the combination of industry and finance on the path and implementation effect of business performance of the company.First of all,this thesis reported the research background,research significance,previous research on combination of industry and finance at home and abroad,and basic concepts and models of previous research.Secondly,it briefly introduced the company’s situation and the case of SAIC Group,then analyzing its motivations for the integration of production and finance and mode path of its implementation.Then,it analyzed the effect of combining production and finance on SAIC group from three aspects: corporate synergy,investment activities and operating performance to summarize the existing problems.By comparing with GE’s successful experience,we can draw inspiration from it.The study found that the integration of industry and finance is an important deployment strategy for SAIC Group’s diversified operations,which has a profound impact on the Group’s own operating performance.However,China’s economic market development is still not perfect now.With the gradual integration and deepening of the industry and the financial industry,the utilization of SAIC’s fund is inefficiency,and the asset-liability ratio is rising.The automotive market is also fiercely competitive.Finally,specific countermeasures and suggestions for improving the integration of industry and finance of SAIC Group are put forward through existing problems.First of all,we must adhere to regard industrial capital as the core and enhance our own competitiveness.Secondly,we must improve the governance model and the efficiency of capital use.Thirdly,we continue to develop supply chain financial services with the advantage of financial companies.Finally,companies must formulate long-term plans and gradually improve risk prevention mechanisms.It is hoped that the present research can provide a reference for the integration of industry and finance of SAIC Group and enterprise groups to choose the integration of industry and finance to optimize asset allocation and enhance synergy.
