In the field of industrial production,friction and wear seriously affect the service life of components How to reduce friction and wear and increase the service life of parts is a key issue in the machinery industry.Surface texture is a new type of surface treatment technology that has emerged in recent years to reduce friction and wear resistance.Periodically arranged texture types are processed on the surface of the friction pair,which can improve the tribological properties of the surface.However,there are few studies on the lubrication and anti-friction characteristics of sinusoidal texture.Firstly,the influence of laser parameters on texture morphology was studied by single factor method,and the laser processing technology was analyzed.Select the optimal laser power,pulse frequency,scanning speed,scanning times and circular pit filling method according to the regularity,width,depth,and aspect ratio of the surface texture.Prepare linear texture,circular pit texture,and sinusoidal texture on the surface of 40 Cr.Then,through experiments,the effects of linear texture,circular pit texture,sinusoidal texture and area density on the friction coefficient and wear morphology are explored.Establish a hydrodynamic lubrication model based on three texture parameters and area density,and perform structural meshing on the three-dimensional model.According to the hydrodynamic lubrication mechanism,the control equation and film thickness equation are derived.The effect of texture type and area density on the surface friction characteristics of the friction pair is judged by the size of the oil film pressure,and the optimal texture type and area density are determined.Combining the experimental and simulation results to analyze the friction coefficient,the wear morphology of the sample surface and the change of the oil film pressure,and interprat the mechanism of the surface texture lubrication anti-friction characteristics.The three texture types have a friction reduction effect compared to a smooth surface.The average oil film pressure of the sinusoidal texture is greater than the linear texture and the circular pit texture.The sine curve texture with 25% area density has the best anti-friction effect.
