The radial sliding bearing with tilting tile has the characteristics of low friction power consumption,smooth operation and automatic adjustment,etc.It is widely used in large rotary machinery such as hydraulic turbine,compressor and steam turbine,etc.As a key component of rotary machinery,its working performance directly affects the working state of the whole machine.With the development of modern rotary machinery towards the direction of high speed,heavy load and high precision,higher and higher requirements have been put forward for the radial sliding bearing with inclinable tile.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the lubrication characteristics of radial sliding bearing with inclinable tile.With the development of surface texture technology in recent years,surface texture technology is more and more applied to the research of inclinable tile bearing.The main contents of this paper as follows:The working principle and advantages of tilting tile bearing is analyzed,and based on the theoretical analysis and experimental verification,conducts an in-depth study on the friction and lubrication performance of cylindrical tilting tile sliding bearing with micro-pits,which lays a theoretical foundation for the optimal design and application of textured tilting pad bearing.A mathematical model based on hydrodynamic lubrication theory is established for tilting pad bearing with cylindrical micro pit texture.According to the basic film thickness equation of sliding bearing,the equation of oil film thickness of textured tilting pad bearing is derived;the principle and boundary conditions of Reynolds equation are analyzed,and appropriate boundary conditions are selected;the Reynolds equation and partial differential equation are discretized,and the solution area is divided into grids for subsequent solution;the Reynolds equation is solved by finite difference method and relaxation iteration method.On the basis of the above analysis,the mathematical model of the textured tilting pad bearing is analyzed,and the equations of oil film pressure,bearing capacity and friction force of the tilting pad bearing are derived.Based on MATALB platform,the solution program of oil film pressure,bearing capacity and friction force of the textured tilting pad bearing is established to solve it;the effects of texture position,texture size,texture spacing and texture depth on the tilting pad shaft are explored The influence of oil film pressure,bearing capacity and friction.Research shows that the texturized tilting tile bearing can achieve better anti-friction effect.When the texture depth is 5 ~ 15 8),the bearing pressure distribution is better.The maximum friction of bearing can be reduced by 8.9%.Texture spacing of 200 8),depth of 8 8),texture diameter of 15 8),bearing comprehensive bearing,anti-friction lubrication performance of the best.At last,the cylindrical tilting tile bearing is simulated and analyzed.Solidworks software was used to establish the three-dimensional model of textural tilting tile bearing,and then the model was imported into Ansys workbench.The contact stress and elastic deformation were simulated by Ansys software,and the temperature field of textural surface was simulated by thermal analysis.The performance of the bearing was compared with that of texturless tilting tile bearing.
