With the development of urban construction in our country,the design of architectural skin has also appeared varies and humanistic trends.Perforated aluminum curtain walls are increasingly used in building facades,providing designers with more design freedom.However,there are still some problems in the application research of perforated aluminum curtain walls,such as insufficient research on the ability of perforated curtain walls to adjust to the wind environment,lack of scientific theoretical system guidance for curtain wall design,and conservative materials used in the design of curtain wall support structures,resulting in material waste.Taking the library of China University of Petroleum as an example,this work studies the influence of perforated aluminum curtain wall panel design elements on the characteristics of indoor wind field and the mechanical properties of the curtain wall supporting structure through numerical simulation,providing accordance for the design of perforated curtain wall panel and the optimization of supporting structure.(1)Fluent software is used to simulate the wind field characteristics of perforated aluminum panel curtain wall and building main body,and the five factors of panel perforation rate,panel thickness,panel wall spacing,perforation arrangement and aperture are analyzed respectively.The results show that the perforation rate,panel wall spacing and aperture have great influence on indoor wind field,and the perforation arrangement mode,perforation thickness and aperture have great influence on indoor wind field The panel thickness has no obvious effect on the indoor wind field;With the increase of perforation rate,the average indoor wind speed increases,the area of calm wind area decreases,and the area of unsuitable wind area increases;With the increase of the distance between the panel and the wall,the area of the static wind area first increases and then decreases,and the area of the unsuitable wind area first decreases and then increases;With the decrease of the aperture,the indoor wind field is improved,and the static wind area and unsuitable wind area are reduced.Through the orthogonal test and result analysis,the primary and secondary relationship of the three main influencing factors on the wind field is obtained as follows: perforation rate,panel and wall spacing,aperture.At the same time,the influence law of each parameter combination is analyzed and the optimization parameters are determined.(2)The static analysis module and parametric module of workbench are used to analyze the supporting structure of curtain wall.The results show that the stress of column and beam is relatively small,the existing design is relatively conservative,and there is a large space for optimization;Through topology optimization analysis,it is determined that it is more economical to select unequal angle steel for crossbeam;According to the structural requirements,it is determined that the steel square tube is a more economical structure.By using parametric design,the section size of unequal angle steel,the length width ratio and wall thickness of square steel through section of column are optimized,and the specific section parameters are determined.Taking the wind environment comfort as the index,the paper analyzes the design method of perforated aluminum curtain wall panel,optimizes the curtain wall support keel on the premise of ensuring the structural safety,and summarizes the design method of perforated aluminum curtain wall panel and the optimization method of support structure,so as to provide theoretical support for similar curtain wall engineering design.
