| With the development of economic and technology, curtain wall as building′s cladding system, largely used in high star hotel, top building, as complex structure of the unitized curtain wall, and high altitude for its installation work with dangerous and technology difficulty. Meanwhile, in the actual curtain wall engineering, the curtain wall′s suspend member with short team life, after using several years, the suspend member may be break off from high altitude as the result of fatigue fracture, which cause personal injury, and also waste a lot of materials. In order to upgrade the quality and performance of the unitized aluminum curtain wall, so as to control the air leakage, water penetrability, and also with beautiful artistic outside elevation effects.As the unitized aluminum curtain wall expose to the environment, the wind load and temperature as the main factor which affect the performance of the unitized aluminum curtain wall. If analysis the structure of the curtain wall, it must consider the integer affect of wind load and temperature to the unitized curtain wall. At present most experts and scholars above home and abroad engaged in analysis the wind load affect to the curtain wall structure instead of analysis the curtain wall with changeable wind load and temperature. When the wind load and temperature change, it may affect the distortion and stress on the unitized curtain wall each member, which lead to the flexible sew change for the adjacent transom and mullion. The size of flexible sew may affect the installation precision, air leakage and water penetrability. Based on this, this paper analysis structure feature of the aluminum unitized curtain wall and its suspend member Use step build up method, structure coupling technology and ANSYS structure flat form to build up the analysis model for unitized aluminum curtain wall and its suspend member so as to accurately analysis the different wind load and temperature affect to the unitized curtain wall and its suspend member, so as to obtain the changeable rule of the flexible sew to the adjacent unit-plate and put forward rational range of the smaller flexible sew for the construction requirement which provide basis to improve curtain wall construction standard; Meanwhile the reduce of flexible sew will be helpful to reduce the usage quantity of seal material, which can prolong curtain wall using life, reduce environmental pollution, contribute to energy conservation and environmental protection.Suspend member as the main loading member to bear the unitized aluminum panel curtain wall to the main body structure, which largely used in actual curtain wall construction, the reduce of its volume (or quality)will save lots of materials and cut down cost to the whole construction ,meanwhile improve the tender performance ability to the curtain wall company. Thus this paper carry out structure parameter optimize design based on above study to achieve the volume of one unit curtain wall suspend member reduce 8.8% (suppose using 4 units), which obviously reduce its quality and volume.Above all, the research method and research findings obtained can be used in curtain wall construction to achieve higher economic efficiency, in line with national environment protection and energy development, which has a certain application value. |
