The trajectory correction projectile is a kind of traditional ordinary projectile with decorating positive actuator,which is called trajectory correction projectile.Because of its low cost,high precision and batch production,trajectory correction projectile is very suitable for modern warfare.A trajectory correction projectile can achieve the damage effect of several or dozens of conventional ammunition in the same war situation before,thus greatly reducing the demand for ammunition by military forces of various countries.The main difficulty of trajectory correction technology in our country is the design and control of correction actuator.Therefore,this paper has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,a new type of winding permanent magnet generator is designed as a modified rudder,and the duck rudder is used as a two-dimensional trajectory correction control actuator.According to the aerodynamic moment acting on the duck rudder,the control method of the electromagnetic torque of the rudder is proposed.According to the different functions of the three windings of the corrected rudder,the trajectory correction and the power supply are realized.Through aerodynamic simulation,steering gear electrical simulation and prototype design and experiment,it is finally verified that this method can achieve the correction of the general missile and provide the power of the missile body.Firstly,the six-degree-of-freedom equation of the trajectory correction projectile is established,and the correctness of the six-degree-of-freedom equation is verified by simulation.The mathematical model is provided for the force analysis of the projectile.The effect of fixed duck rudder deflection angle on the correction ability and the rudder deflection angle are calculated with the six-degree-of-freedom equation.According to the force moment analysis of the duck rudder,the control mode of the electromagnetic torque of the control rudder is obtained.According to the design requirement of trajectory correction projectile,the correcting actuator not only needs to complete the correcting function,but also needs to supply power for other electrical equipment on the projectile.Therefore,based on the requirement of projectile volume,a three-winding permanent magnet generator is designed as the correcting rudder,which integrates the canard rudder and the correcting rudder rotor.The control circuit for each winding of the correcting rudder is designed,and the control rudder is proposed.The chopper control method of electromagnetic torque and the iterative closed-loop control of speed deviation are introduced.SIMULINK simulation is carried out to verify the corrected steering gear and winding circuit functions,and its feasibility is verified.The hardware part of the winding control circuit is designed,and a hardware-in-the-loop platform is built based on the modified steering gear.The feasibility of the modified actuator system designed in this paper is verified by analyzing the data of the functional experiment of the generating winding,the functional experiment of the detecting winding,the calibration experiment of the measuring moment and the functional experiment of the control winding.
