Fresh Air Purifier Product Design

Air pollution has become a major problem in China.There are smog outdoors and harmful gas indoors.The air quality of people’s living environment is very poor.Products for filtering smog,introducing fresh air,and indoor air purification are in demand and have great market demand.This paper mainly focuses on the product design of fresh air purifier,mainly including three parts: structural design of fresh air purifier,simulation analysis of the air duct structure and the design of appearance.The details are as follows:(1)Market research and collection of technical data,propose design requirements.The fresh air purifier is divided into four parts: power module,filter module,intelligent module and auxiliary module.It mainly studies the influence of power module and filter module on the structural performance of the air duct.(2)Structural design of fresh air purifier.More than ten kinds of three-dimensional flow-stream channel models have been established,there are three flow modes: unidirectional flow,bidirectional flow and mixed flow.The rationality of the flow path model is analyzed by the principles of fluid mechanics and computational fluid dynamics(CFD).This article uses Solid-works internal FLOW simulation fluid analysis software as a solver.The following steps are performed on more than ten kinds of flow paths: determining mathematical model,generating mesh,selecting fluid characteristics,determining boundary conditions,and determining porous medium conditions.Analyze the pressure field and velocity field of the fresh air duct system,visualize the results,analyze the feasibility of the air duct structure,and optimize the design.(3)Conducted research on the appearance design market,analyzed consumer needs,conducted thought-dividing exercises,and drew some sketches.Combine the air duct scheme,consider the processability of the appearance structure,assembly process,structural strength,etc.,select the improvement scheme and use Rhino software modeling and Keyshot software rendering.Draw an explosion map,determine structural parts,and determine installation precautions.Interface design according to the function of the new fan.
