Research On Structure And Modeling Design Of Cigarette Purifier

Help enterprises to break the market homogenization phenomenon,use the basic theoretical knowledge of product structure and modeling,based on the use of the product,take the user’s demand as the breakthrough point,improve the design of the smoke purifier,optimize the product structure,and increase the interest of the product.According to the human hand size,based on the product environment,man-machine analysis of the product is carried out.Through the disassembly and carding of the internal structure of the product,the core technical components of the product are extracted,the functions of each component are analyzed,the repetitive function components are simplified,the overlapping function components are merged,and the universal product components are constructed.This paper analyzes the modeling characteristics of cigarette purifier,defines the genetic structure of cigarette purifier product family,and summarizes the genetic information of cigarette purifier modeling characteristics.Based on the analysis of the basic elements of CMF,combined with the color,material,finishing and the extracted contour line features of the smoke purifier,the design of the smoke purifier is carried out on the basis of the common parts of the product.Taking the genetic theory of product family as the basis of product modeling in the process of series design,the design process is more rigorous and scientific.（1）Understand the use steps and scenarios of the product,make clear the advantages and disadvantages of the product itself,determine the product requirements,split and reorganize the internal structure of the smoke purifier,extract the core technical components of the product,simplify the product structure,make clear the division of the product structure,and construct the common parts of the product;（2）The genetic information of product family in the enterprise is extracted,and the genetic gene of product modeling characteristics is taken as the basis of modeling evolution in the series design.Combined with the general evolution law of CMF in product series design,the series design is carried out;（3）Through the analysis of product homogenization,the product structure and shape were improved and optimized.Two different elements of finger tip decompression toy and snuff bottle inner painting process were successfully integrated into the product design,which can meet the basic functions of the product,increase the interest of the product itself,and give the product historical heritage charm;（4）Based on the analysis of the structure of the cigarette purifier and the data support of the human hand size,a rotatable cigarette purifier for cigarette holder is successfully constructed,which can ensure the interest of the product,protect the cigarette holder from collision and damage,keep the cigarette holder clean and healthy,and open a new direction for the future design of the cigarette purifier.
