| Due to its unique structural design,the strength and stiffness of this model can be easily adjustable,the restoration and replacement procedure after earthquakes is also comparatively easier,and it consists of good amount of horizontal resistance systems.It is a new type of anti-lateral force structure system with great prospect of application and development in the engineering field.In this research,we used the finite element software,ABAQUS to establish a few models of steel frame-separated steel plate shear wall structure with low yield point with slit in different structural forms,where the dynamic characteristics,seismic response and damage mechanism of the model were studied.The main findings are shown as below:(1)Modal analysis has been carried out on the steel frame-separated steel plate shear wall structure with low yield point,where the effect of natural vibration on the seam separated with low yield point steel plate shear wall structure were studied,the result shows that the application of the steel frame-separated steel plate shear wall structure with low yield point could greatly reduce the structure natural period,but it has little influence on the vibration mode of the structure.(2)Nonlinear seismic response analysis is carried out on the steel frame-separated steel plate shear wall with low yield point with slit,where the effect of different structural forms of separated steel plate shear wall with slit low yield point on the seismic response of the structure was discussed.The results show that the shear wall of steel plate with low yield point and separated joints that is installed in the steel frame has significant damping effect,the average damping rate can reach 30%~50%.(3)Damage analysis is conducted on the structure in order to study the effectiveness in failure mechanism of the steel frame-separated steel plate shear wall with low yield point.The results show that the structure is damaged step by step according to the embedded steel plate,frame by frame as expectation,which prove that it has a reasonable failure mechanism.The embedded steel plate is damaged first,which consumes the seismic energy and thereby reduces and delays the damage on the the main structural frame.The separated steel plate shear wall with low yield point can effectively control the seismic damage of the weak layer of the structure. |
