This paper takes RFJX Company as the research object,analyzes the current situation of RFJX Company’s performance appraisal through literature analysis,field investigation and interview,and questionnaire survey,finds out the problems existing in its performance appraisal system,and designs a set of practical performance appraisal improvement schemes.This paper first analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal at home and abroad,expounds the related concepts of performance,performance management and performance appraisal,and describes the content and related theories of target management,KPI and balanced scorecard,which lays an important theoretical foundation for the construction of performance appraisal system in the later stage.Then through the company’s data access and interviews with the company’s general manager and staff questionnaire survey,in-depth understanding of the RFJX company’s development,organizational structure,departmental responsibilities and performance appraisal,found that the company’s performance appraisal index design defects,the implementation of the appraisal system is not strong,the performance appraisal process lacks the necessary communication feedback,performance appraisal results have not been effectively used,the lack of specialized appraisal management institutions and other issues.The main reasons for the analysis are that there is a certain deviation in the understanding of performance appraisal,the management does not pay enough attention to it,and the target positioning of enterprises is not high.According to the problems existing in the enterprise,the enterprise strategy is defined,and the balanced scorecard is used to clarify the KPI of each department in the four dimensions of finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth.According to department KPI and position responsibility,adhere to the combination of qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators,clear KPI of employees in different positions,set assessment weight.Subsequently,the interview mechanism for assessment,the application of assessment results,salary,job management,training and other measures were established,and finally the performance appraisal system suitable for RFJX Company was established.Hope this paper can bring help to RFJX company performance appraisal,boost the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.
