Talents are the primary productivity of an enterprise.Effective employee performance appraisal can not only reduce employee turnover rate,improve employee performance and skills,but also promote the common growth of employees and the enterprise.Since 2013,after the introduction of real estate regulation policies in China,the housing price in China’s third-tier and fourth-tier cities has been continuously falling,and the construction industry is in a slump,especially the survey and design industry,which is the leading industry in the construction industry,is deeply affected.Plus the system reform of our country institution,it is to this economic environment day LY survey design limited company brought challenge.How to survive in the market economy and how to improve the performance of enterprises and employees is one of the main problems faced by the transformed survey and design companies.The success of corporate strategy depends on the joint efforts of high performance managers and employees at all levels within the organization.The realization of corporate strategic goals is closely related to the performance of every employee in the organization.Therefore,after the transformation of the survey and design company how to establish the company’s strategic objectives and match the staff performance appraisal system,to ensure the realization of the company’s strategic objectives is particularly important.Taking LY survey and design co.,LTD as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of employee performance appraisal of LY survey and design co.,LTD based on the summary of the literature results of employee performance appraisal at home and abroad by means of literature research,theory and practice,questionnaire and interview,and finds out the problems existing in the existing employee performance appraisal system.This paper establishes a new employee performance appraisal index system based on the strategic objectives of the enterprise after transformation,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the existing problems.Studies have shown that LY survey and design co.,LTD.,the problems existing in the staff performance appraisal system are: employeeperformance appraisal index and enterprise strategic goals,employee performance appraisal index is the combination of quantitative and staff performance appraisal cycle is long,the staff performance appraisal results application of poor,poor employee performance appraisal accuracy,wrong understanding of performance appraisal of employees,the lack of staff performance appraisal of affordable management measures and other issues.Based on the position responsibilities and position levels of employees in the company,this paper constructs the employee performance evaluation index system of different levels and positions.The balanced scorecard method,objective management method and key index method were used to construct the performance evaluation index of senior management.The key index method,objective management method and 360 degree evaluation method were used to construct the performance evaluation indexes for middle management and general employees.Aiming at the existing problem of staff performance appraisal,this paper puts forward the corresponding solution measures,namely the staff performance appraisal indicators should match with the company’s strategic development target,setting up reasonable employee performance appraisal cycle,evaluation level,scientific staff performance appraisal methods,improve the staff performance appraisal process,strengthen the employee performance evaluation results of the application.We strive to make the improved employee performance appraisal work more objective and fair to evaluate the work performance of the company’s employees,improve the performance appraisal management level of the company’s employees,and provide guarantee measures for the realization of the company’s strategic objectives.
