Under the background of park city construction with optimized stock,quality upgrading urban park renewal gradually replaces incremental urban park planning and design,becoming the most fair public goods and the most universal well-being of people’s livelihood.However,the existing urban park renewal model mainly excavates the existing problems from the professional perspective of landscape architects and further develops the image based on the policy orientation,but fails to measure whether the updated results can improve the service ability of users.At the same time,the stock areas are usually faced with the challenges of low transformation potential and low economic benefits.How to improve the use efficiency of urban parks and upgrade environmental quality under the principle of people-oriented and cost saving has become an urgent issue for landscape architects to consider.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes the evaluation of Cultural Ecosystem Services(HEREINAFTER referred to as CES function)based on social media data to guide the renewal of urban parks.With the rise of social media era,social media data has become an important data of human behavioral psychological preference and is used by researchers in various fields.This paper proposes to use it as quantitative data to accurately evaluate the CES function of urban parks.To provide scientific reference for urban park resource protection and renewal strategy,to create an urban park renewal model that emphasizes resource conservation,public participation,and magnifying social value,and to further implement the "people-oriented" guiding ideology into the urban public green space construction with urban residents’ needs as the original intention and purpose.In terms of theoretical research,this paper expounds the reasons for selecting CES function to guide urban parks and the construction of evaluation system.In terms of the selection reasons,it is concluded that the renewal of urban parks based on the improvement of CES functions is beneficial to the well-being of urban residents,promoting the supply capacity of environmental entities and maintaining the sustainable development of the city.In terms of CES functional evaluation system,the concept,evaluation indicators,evaluation methods,impact factors,social media data processing and other aspects are sorted out to build a CES functional evaluation system applicable to urban parks at a micro scale.Meanwhile,the researchers found that the management goals and expected results of the environmental management system that only focuses on the improvement of CES functions are undermined by the negative Ecosystem Disservice Services(EDS).Therefore,this paper summarizes the concept,evaluation indicators and evaluation methods of EDS function,and advocates the simultaneous evaluation of EDS function and CES function,so as to implement a comprehensive environmental management system and promote the maximum energy efficiency of CES function.In terms of practical research,this paper applies the CES function evaluation system at the micro scale to practical projects.Suzhou High-tech Zone is facing the problems of limited space for incremental development and low land use efficiency in recent years.The park renewal of Suzhou New Area,located in the center of Suzhou High-tech Zone,plays an important role in solving the above problems.In this paper,social media photos are first applied into Arcgis software to reveal the spatial distribution and aggregation of CES and EDS functions(at the social and cultural level),and then buildings,structures,water bodies,plants and paving are taken as factors affecting CES functions.SPASS software is used to analyze the correlation between the impact factors and CES functions and EDS functions(social and cultural level),and analyze the impact factors that affect CES functions and EDS functions(social and cultural level),so as to provide landscape architects with accurate transformation orientation and objects.Finally,the renewal strategy is proposed around improving the function of CES and reducing the function of EDS,so as to achieve the goal of improving the spiritual and cultural supply capacity of the park in Suzhou New Area,improving the well-being of urban residents in Suzhou High-tech Zone,and maintaining the sustainable development of the city.
