Drainage asphalt pavement is one of the important technical ways to implement the construction of national "sponge city",which has been rapidly promoted by virtue of its advantages such as drainage,noise reduction,temperature reduction,skid resistance,etc.For the waste materials of drainage asphalt pavement,if the high viscosity asphalt can be recycled,and the waste materials can resume the road performance and continue to pave the drainage asphalt pavement,this can not only make full use of the value of waste materials,but also reduce the cost of drainage asphalt pavement.The adhesion between recycled high viscosity asphalt and aggregate determines the strength and road performance of recycled drainage asphalt pavement.Therefore,the research on the adhesion performance of recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate interface is of great significance for the technical promotion of recycled Drainage Pavement.First,determine the amount of regenerant and determine the basic performance parameters of recycled asphalt.Prepare recycled high viscosity asphalt in the laboratory,first use matrix asphalt and TPS high viscosity agent,and prepare high viscosity asphalt with different high viscosity agent content in the laboratory environment according to the specifications.The penetration and ductility of high viscosity asphalt increase with the increase of regenerant content,and the softening point is on the contrary.After short-term aging and long-term aging,different amounts of regenerants are added and stirred at high speed to finally obtain regenerated high viscosity asphalt.Then,the spalling performance of asphalt aggregate interface was studied by ultrasonic hydrodynamic scouring simulation experiment.The hydrodynamic scouring device can realize the simultaneous action of temperature,load and moisture.The basalt aggregate was coated with 9 kinds of recycled high viscosity asphalt with different content,and the hydrodynamic scouring test was carried out at three temperature levels.By calculating the mass loss of asphalt aggregate as the spalling rate,the spalling performance of 9 recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate interfaces with different content was characterized.It was found that the higher the content of high viscosity agent,the spalling rate of recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate decreased gradually;The content of regenerant has little effect on the spalling performance of recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate interface;With the increase of test temperature,the spalling rate of recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate interface increases gradually.Then,the surface energy and components of the recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate interface are analyzed and studied by using the contact angle measurement test.The spreading coefficient,adhesion work,spalling work and energy ratio parameters are selected to evaluate the adhesion energy of the asphalt aggregate interface.It is found that the spreading coefficient and adhesion work of the asphalt and aggregate decrease with the increase of the content of high viscosity agent,while the absolute value of spalling work increases with the increase of the content of high viscosity agent,It shows that the adhesion between recycled high viscosity asphalt and aggregate is sensitive to the content of high viscosity agent;With the increase of high viscosity agent,E1 and E2 are gradually increasing,indicating that with the increase of high viscosity agent,the water stability of recycled asphalt aggregate will be improved and the possibility of water induced damage will be reduced.Finally,the adhesion behavior of recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate interface was studied by atomic force microscope.The morphology and adhesion curves of 9 kinds of recycled high viscosity asphalt with different content were measured.The effects of the content of high viscosity agent and recycled agent on the annual adhesion performance of recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate interface are analyzed from the aspects of honeycomb structure characteristics,roughness and adhesion curve.The final results show that the number and size of surface honeycomb structure,roughness and surface micro adhesion of recycled high viscosity asphalt are directly proportional to the content of high viscosity agent.In a certain range,increasing the amount of regenerant can improve the adhesion of recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate interface,but too high amount of regenerant will reduce the adhesion of recycled high viscosity asphalt.The correlation between the micro adhesion performance of recycled high viscosity asphalt aggregate interface and the adhesion performance under the three different angles of macro exfoliation rate and surface energy is analyzed.It is found that the correlation between the three research angles is very good from the perspective of high viscosity agent content.From the point of view of the change of the amount of regenerant,there is no obvious correlation between the adhesion properties of the three scales.The analysis results are consistent with the test results in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5.Based on the above tests,the best content of high viscosity agent is 12%,and the best content of regenerant is 6%.
