At present, there is a lack of research on the solubility of trace metal elements in the primary circuit coolant of PWR in my country, there is a lack of theoretical support for the control of trace metal elements in the primary circuit coolant during the operation of nuclear power plants. The purpose of this paper is to construct a solubility model for trace metals in the primary coolant of a pressurized water reactor. The constructed solubility model of trace metals in primary circuit coolant of pressurized water reactor can help nuclear power plant operators to control the content of trace metal elements in primary circuit coolant,it will provide some help for my country to independently determine the water chemical limit of nuclear power plants. The research content of this paper includes six trace metal elements, namely copper, aluminum, calcium, magnesium, silver and silicon. The research on the solubility of the six trace metal elements needs to collect and calculate the thermodynamic data at room temperature and high temperature thermodynamic data of the six trace metal elements,Plot potential-pH diagrams of six trace metal elements at operating temperature,Analytical study of corrosion behavior of six trace metal elements and determination of stable presence of six trace metal elements during operation,Summarize the calculation method of metal element solubility in high temperature solution and calculate the solubility of six trace metal elements,The solubility changes of six trace metal elements during the operation of nuclear power plants are discussed and analyzed. The research method in this paper is to determine the types of substances present through the potential-pH diagram of six trace metal elements at room temperature, collect the thermodynamic data at room temperature related to six trace metal elements and calculate the high temperature Gibbs free energy of the material at the corresponding temperature.According to the high-temperature Gibbs free energy of the substance, the E-pH relationship of the corresponding reaction is calculated, and the high-temperature potential-pH diagram of the six trace metal elements during the operation of the nuclear power unit is drawn.Based on the drawn high temperature potential-pH diagram, the stable solid phase during the operation of the nuclear power unit and the stable solid phase of the six trace metal elements can be judged to change trends with increasing temperature; The resulting stable solid phase determines the corresponding dissolution-deposition equilibrium reaction, the solubility of the stable solid phase and the solubility trends of the six trace metal elements in the stable solid phase with the increase of temperature were determined according to the dissolution and deposition equilibrium reaction of the stable solid phase and the solubility calculation method,a computational model for determining the solubility of six trace metal elements in the primary coolant of a pressurized water reactor during operation.
