| With unique features, the contactless temperature measurement technology based on CCD has become a focus of research in the field of high temperature measurement. In order to measure the surface temperature field of high temperature smelting metal, the contactless temperature measurement technology based on CCD is studied in detail in this paper, that is, the theory of temperature measurement by using colorized CCD is analyzed and improved, the trichromic temperature measurement system is studied and constructed and the calibration experiment for the trichromic temperature measurement formula is researched.In the study, the colorimetric temperature measurement method based on colorized CCD is detailedly analyzed. The change in radiance of the thermal radiator measured and the imperfection of response spectral band in CCD are main sources of the measurement error in the colorimetric temperature measurement method. Reducing the measurement error effectively is important to the utilization of CCD temperature measurement instrument. This paper points out that using the trichromic temperature measurement method based on CCD can reduce the error produced by the change in radiance. The working mechanism of the trichromic temperature measurement instrument is introduced and the temperature measurement formula is presented. In addition, this paper deduces that if the K parameter in the trichromic temperature measurement formula is revised by subsection interpolation calibration the error produced by the imperfection of the response spectral band and other factors in CCD can be decreased. The revised algorithm of the temperature measurement method based on colorized CCD is put forward. Theoretical analysis indicates that the revised method can effectively decrease the temperature measurement error.In this paper, the instrument of the trichromic temperature measurement method based on CCD is studied, the method to select equipment adapted to temperature measurement is brought forth and athree color temperature measurement system is constructed. In view of some functions of CCD image sensor bring adverse influence to temperature measurement, the method to avoid such adverse influence is discussed.Some digital images taken from a certain copper metallurgy factory are processed with the colorimetric temperature measurement formula in an emulational way. The result shows that the surface temperature field of high temperature smelting metal can be effectively measured by the temperature measurement method brought forth in this paper. |
