With the increasing demand for products in modern society,consumers are no longer satisfied with single model and simple configuration automobile products produced in large quantities by a single assembly line,but more and more pursue personalized and customized automobile products.In order to meet the diversified needs of the consumer market,automobile production enterprises have gradually transformed from single model to mixed model production.With mixed model production,there are changes in switching time,switching cost,station operation time and material supply time caused by product switching.In this complex production scheduling situation,it is difficult for the production plan dispatcher to prepare a reasonable production scheduling plan according to the experience.What can match the complexity of mixed model vehicle production process is the accurate production plan driven by intelligent algorithm through data.The plan can solve the optimization of production line operation switching effect,the balance of station production material consumption and supply,and the balance of production operation load,so as to ensure the orderly progress of the production process,realize the timely delivery of production orders and reduce production costs.Therefore,automobile production enterprises urgently need a set of effective and responsive production scheduling methods for mixed production workshops.Based on the diversified and complex production process of mixed model assembly workshop summarized by field investigation and literature review,this paper studies the production scheduling method of automobile assembly workshop for mixed model production.The specific contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of previous studies,combined with on-site analysis,after a detailed understanding of the line body and production scheduling planning process,this paper summarizes the characteristics and requirements of the scheduling of the mixed model vehicle assembly workshop.On this basis,the scheduling objectives of the mixed model assembly workshop are summarized by integrating theoretical analysis and actual production requirements: minimizing the adjustment cost of the vehicle model switching assembly line and the downtime of the assembly line,Material consumption equalization.(2)By analyzing the physical structure and operation logic of the production system in the final assembly workshop,the research idea of taking the batch production sequence as the solution space is established.At the same time,based on three optimization objectives,the multi-objective model of production scheduling in the final assembly workshop for mixed flow production is constructed,and the simulation model and physical simulation model are constructed at the same time.(3)Aiming at the problem of premature convergence of heuristic algorithm,a Qlearning Hyper-Heuristic Algorithm integrating genetic algorithm and difference algorithm is proposed.Using the learning mechanism of Q-learning,the scheduling algorithm can always select the best search behavior in different environments,so as to improve the ability of local search and global search.(4)Finally,according to the research of theoretical knowledge,this paper develops the production scheduling prototype system of automobile assembly workshop for mixed production,and applies it as a production scheduling module in MES system.
