In recent years,the level of urban traffic modernization in China has been increasing rapidly.In the public transport of megacities such as Beijing and Shanghai,the proportion of rail transit represented by subway and urban rail has reached more than 40%,and it has been steadily increasing year by year.Permanent magnet synchronous traction motor is the core power source of rail transit train drive system whose production line has the characteristics of complex process flow,numerous and dispersed equipment,and high control requirements.Real-time acquisition and analytical application of production data are the key to production management.A scheme of data acquisition and application is proposed in this dissertation based on data integration and information management technology for the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line,and is applied to the field management of the actual line.The main research work of this dissertation are as follows.(1)Based on the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line,aiming at the problems of difficult production line management and low data utilization rate,the requirements of real-time data acquisition and application of production line are clarified.According to the characteristics of complex production line conditions and multi-source heterogeneous data,the data acquisition scheme of motor production line based on RFID(Redio Frequency Identification)and OPC UA(OLE for Process Control Unified Architecture)technology is designed.According to the requirements of quality management and data application,the production line data analysis scheme and application system development architecture are designed.(2)The data characteristics and types of the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line are analyzed,and the RFID technology is adopted to collect the contactless data under complex working conditions.Kep Server EX and Python are adopted to develop OPC UA server and client to achieve real-time data acquisition.The interaction process between PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)and system is designed,and the data interface is allocated.The communication between PLC and system is achieved by combining polling and request response,and the correctness of the scheme is verified by testing.(3)Based on the product-material correlation model,the traceability algorithm is designed,and the barcode technology is adopted to construct the material traceability system to achieve the traceability of product,material and quality data.Process capability and quality control of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line are investigated.The Django and Vue.js front-end separation architecture is adopted to develop the application system,and the dynamic and static data are processed.Based on Redis and Websocket protocol,the application layer data bidirectional real-time interactive system is constructed,and the Echarts visualization component is adopted to develop the system interface to achieve the expected function of the system.The rationality and reliability of the design scheme are verified by field test.Through the field operation,the data acquisition and application scheme designed in this paper can meet the requirements of data acquisition and equipment operation supervising of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line,provide technical support for process quality control,and promote the improvement of product quality and management level of production line.
