With the advantages of high power density,high efficiency,high power factor and low noise,permanent magnet synchronous traction motor becomes the core developing component of new generation rail transit equipment.MES(Manufacturing Execution System)is the core of the digital and intelligent upgrade of the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line,which can effectively guarantee the production efficiency and product quality of the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor.Data management system can realize data transmission,analysis and processing,which is the basis for the high-quality and efficient operation and function realization of MES.In order to solve the problems existing in the current permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line,such as various data acquisition methods,inability to share data information,and lack of data application functions,this dissertation uses real-time data transmission,data monitoring,data modeling and system integration development and other technologies to research and design the MES-oriented permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line data management system.The main research work of this dissertation is as follows:(1)By analyzing permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line,the digital production line structure and MES function module of the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor are designed;the problems in the data management of the existing production line are analyzed,the requirements of the MES-oriented permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line data management system are raised,and the functions of the data management system are designed;Based on SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)and PROFINET,the data transmission path of the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line for MES is studied,and its real-time performance is analyzed.(2)Using the UML(Unified Modeling Language)object model diagram,the data model of the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line is established to eliminate the influence of data heterogeneity;Using the UML dynamic model diagram,the function model of the MES-oriented permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line data management system is established,which provides the basis for the development of the system software;Analyzing the traceability relationship between permanent magnet synchronous traction motor materials and products,the quality traceability model and the quality traceability process are established.(3)Based on B/S(Browser/Server)structure,using SQL Server to develop the system database,based on Microsoft Visual Studio development tools,C# development language and.NET Core development framework,the MES-oriented permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line data management system is developed;implements and verifies the MES-oriented permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line data management system,and the results meet the functional requirements.The data management system of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line based on MES researched and designed in this paper will provide technical support for the digital and intelligent upgrade of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor production line,be of great significance to the development of digital technology in the intelligent equipment industry,and provide reference for the research of similar production line data management system.
