Revolving automatic doors have the advantages of stable operation,good sealing performance,gorgeous appearance and safe and reliable operation.They are widely used in the entrances and exits of modern buildings such as banks,supermarkets,large shopping malls,and high-end hotels.Traditional revolving automatic doors are driven by geared motors,sprockets,gears,and pulleys,and there are transmission errors and mechanical wear,which reduces the transmission efficiency and reliability of the system.The direct drive of the arc motor has the advantages of simple mechanical structure,high efficiency,good dynamic response and convenient post-maintenance.In this paper,the arc motor is introduced into the rotating automatic door drive system,and the control system of the rotating automatic door based on the direct drive of the arc motor is studied.From the mathematical model of the arc motor,the control strategy and the software and hardware design of the control system are researched and analyzed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Introduce the basic structure and working mode of the revolving automatic door based on the arc motor,analyze the basic structure and working principle of the arc motor,and establish the mathematical model of the arc motor.Secondly,for the control of arc motor,the principle and realization process of vector control technology and space vector pulse width modulation technology are introduced.(2)The overall control system of the revolving automatic door based on the arc motor is introduced.On this basis,the arc motor control strategy as the driving component of the revolving automatic door is studied,which mainly includes the current inner loop and the speed outer loop in the vector control double closed loop system.The PI regulator is designed,and the control system is simulated and analyzed with reference to the working mode of the revolving automatic door to verify its feasibility;finally,To solve the problem of clamping,a control strategy of anticlamping of revolving automatic doors based on the current and speed of the arc motor is proposed.(3)The software and hardware design of the revolving automatic door control system based on the arc motor is carried out.The hardware part mainly includes the overall structure of the hardware,the power supply circuit,the inverter circuit,the current sampling circuit,the position sampling circuit and the design of the temperature detection circuit.The software part mainly Including the overall structure of the software,the design of the main program and the interrupt program,among which the main program includes the development environment configuration module and the software and hardware initialization module,and the interrupt program includes the motor control program module and the revolving automatic door function module.(4)An experimental platform for a revolving automatic door driven directly by an arc motor is built,and the Hall waveform and PWM wave of the position detection circuit are detected.The experiment verifies that the measured waveform meets the design requirements;The speed-current double closed-loop experiment and the antipinch experiment in case of resistance have verified the reliability of the software and hardware system design and the feasibility of the control strategy of anti-pinch in case of resistance,and meet the basic control requirements of revolving automatic doors. |
