The Linear Permanet Magnet Synchronous Motor(LPMSM)is a motor system with linear motion drive capability.The permanent magnet linear motor not only has the excellent performance similar to that of the traditional rotating electric machine,but also has the advantages of simple structure,convenient manufacture,high efficiency,low noise and long service life.It has been obtained in many fields such as industrial production and national defense equipment.Extensive attention and application.In order to further broaden the application range of permanent magnet linear motor,this paper introduces permanent magnet linear motor into the translation automatic door drive system.Taking the digital signal processor as the core,using advanced control algorithms,the inverter,control and drive modules are integrated to form an integrated translational automatic door drive system.Firstly,this paper introduces the composition and basic working principle of the translation automatic door drive system based on permanent magnet linear motor,analyzes the structure and operation principle of permanent magnet linear motor,deduces its power equation and motion equation,and establishes the mathematical model.Secondly,based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet linear motor,the simulation model of the translation automatic door drive system is constructed.Based on the vector control method,the position and speed closed-loop control system of the translational automatic door is constructed by using the control strategy of id=0.The effectiveness of the drive control strategy is verified by simulation.Thirdly,in order to realize the integrated design of drive control,this paper designs the power supply,power conversion circuit,drive circuit,main power circuit,control circuit,signal acquisition circuit,signal conditioning circuit,etc.with digital signal controller dsPIC33FJ32MC204 as the core.System hardware circuit.Based on the control design hardware circuit and the translation automatic door motion characteristics,the main program and interrupt program structure are designed,and the software program of the translation automatic door drive system is written.Finally,the system was debugged.The results show that the system can operate stably and reliably under no load or load,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme. |
