In recent years,as ocean transportation has become the most important mode of transportation in world trade,ships are gradually developing in the direction of high speed,large scale and specialization,and the number of sensors installed on ships has increased significantly,so the data related to ship navigation has exploded.At the same time,with the increase of the number of ships,the density of ships in navigable waters increases,and the navigation environment of ships becomes complicated,which affects the navigation safety of ships.Therefore,how to mine ship navigation safety information based on ship big data,help ships perceive navigation risks more quickly and effectively,and provide navigation services for ships,so as to ensure ship navigation safety has become an important and difficult problem in this field.However,at present,the traditional ship navigation safety information mining model has some problems,such as complicated calculation steps,large amount of calculation,subjective opinions in the process of determining the weight of navigation safety features,and difficulty in meeting the requirements of ship navigation safety information mining based on traditional traffic measured data.Based on the above problems,the specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)Construct the characteristic analysis model of ship navigation safety information.Through reading and sorting out a lot of research literatures,according to the relevant information of ship big data,deep data mining is carried out on AIS data,water current data and wind current data,and a feature analysis model of ship navigation safety information based on ship big data is constructed.Combined with ship accident reports and historical literature research experience,the risk degree of each safety information feature is quantified.Finally,the characteristics of ship navigation safety information among AIS data,water current and wind current data are calculated,and the characteristics are fused to obtain the input data set of ship navigation safety information mining model.(2)Build a ship navigation safety information mining model.Aiming at the problems of complicated calculation steps and slow calculation process in existing methods,this paper proposes a ship navigation safety information mining model based on ship big data.Informer neural network is introduced into the field of ship navigation safety information mining,and the characteristics of ship navigation safety information are taken as the input,and the results obtained from the calculation of ship navigation safety information feature data set by entropy weight-cloud model are taken as the output.A ship navigation safety information mining model based on Informer neural network is obtained,which can realize dynamic,objective,accurate and rapid mining of ship navigation safety information.(3)Finally,the Pearl River Estuary waters are selected for experiments,and the results show that the weight coefficient of ship navigation safety features calculated based on ship big data is reasonable.Compared with historical literature,the ranking of navigation safety features has higher consistency.Secondly,the accuracy and effectiveness of the model are verified by experiments on the ship navigation safety information mining model proposed in this paper.The experimental results show that the error of the proposed method is less than 0.03 compared with the traditional entropy weight-cloud model.The research results optimize the problems that long time series data can’t be predicted well and conventional methods are complicated in ship big data mining,and improve the calculation speed and reduce the calculation complexity on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of calculation results.The information mining model of ship navigation safety proposed in this paper can provide reference for ships to perceive the surrounding safety in the process of sailing at sea,provide navigation services in the process of ship navigation,improve the safety of ship navigation and reduce the probability of accidents in the process of ship navigation.
