Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings have great advantages in production and construction technology.It applies the comfort of modern science and technology to the construction industry and changes the traditional wet working methods.Its production mode is large-scale production by the factory,which not only helps mass production of building components,but also greatly improves building efficiency,and has good economic benefits and social benefits.It not only enhances the safety of building houses,but also enhances the practicality of building house renovation and improvement.Prefabricated buildings meet the requirements of the national "five sections and one environmental protection".Compared with traditional building production and construction methods,it has better environmental protection,can achieve green construction,can alleviate the pressure of the shortage of labor market resources,and can also Save materials and reduce resource pressure.Prefabricated buildings also have excellent thermal insulation performance,and most of the environmental pollution is treated in the factory in a unified manner,which greatly meets the sustainable development of the building.However,the safety issue has always been an important issue in the construction industry.Solving the construction safety issue can promote the development of prefabricated buildings in my country and improve their use.At present,the research on the safety evaluation of prefabricated buildings in China is not perfect,there is no accurate evaluation standard,there is no scientific and reasonable evaluation index system,and there is a lack of evaluation methods.Research on the construction safety of prefabricated buildings can lay a good foundation for better and faster development of prefabricated buildings.First of all,through the research and analysis of the specifications and existing literature,combined with the actual investigation of the project,based on this,an initial index system for the safety evaluation of prefabricated construction is constructed,and the initial index system is reduced using rough set theory to obtain the inclusion of personnel Factors,safety management,material factors,mechanical equipment and technical processes and environmental factors 5 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators of the assembly construction safety evaluation index system.Secondly,establish a two-dimensional cloud model for assembly construction safety evaluation,comprehensively calculate the index weight value through network analytic hierarchy process(ANP)and entropy weight method(EW),quantify the evaluation review set,and generate it by using the forward cloud through MATLAB software To obtain the standard two-dimensional cloud map of assembly building construction safety evaluation,and then invite experts to evaluate the safety of the indicators,and obtain the comprehensive evaluation two-dimensional cloud through the reverse cloud generator,and carry out the comprehensive evaluation two-dimensional cloud and the standard evaluation two-dimensional cloud.Compare to determine the safety level of prefabricated construction.Finally,this article applies the two-dimensional cloud model of the construction safety evaluation of prefabricated buildings to a city A project,and conducts a safety evaluation of the construction process.The evaluation level is "good".The evaluation results have been verified and are in accordance with the actual situation.Match.The practicality of the safety evaluation model is verified,which is a scientific method for evaluating the safety of prefabricated building construction.And by analyzing the index weights,important factors that affect project construction safety can be obtained,which has certain reference value for actual construction safety management and reduction of safety accidents.
