Xi Jinping made China’s "dual carbon" commitment at the United Nations General Assembly,setting goals and time for China’s energy conservation and emission reduction.In order to achieve this goal,all walks of life are transforming and upgrading green performance to reduce environmental emissions.As a high-value,high-energy-consumption product,the ship itself is huge in terms of its full life cycle cost and absolute value of its environmental impact.Therefore,it is necessary to study the whole life cycle cost and environmental impact of ships.In order to comprehensively consider the environmental and economic performance of the whole life cycle of the ship in the design stage,as the basis for enterprise decision-making.This paper will apply the LCA method to assess the full life cycle environmental impact of a ship and convert it into a monetary environmental cost based on the social willingness to pay method.And then combined with the full life cycle cost in the traditional sense,the generalized full life cycle cost is obtained,and the LCA-LCC integrated analysis of the ship is realized.The construction of this integrated analysis model will make the LCA-LCC integrated analysis theory no longer limited to the traditional industries such as coal and electric power,and it is of great significance to promote the application and development of this theory in the shipbuilding industry.Secondly,for the shipbuilding industry itself,it is conducive to energy saving and emission reduction of ships,and improving the environmental performance of ships.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis of environmental and economic performance,the links with low environmental and economic benefits can be adjusted in time,which is beneficial to the sustainable development of shipbuilding enterprises.First,the same research purpose is established for LCA-LCC: comprehensive evaluation of the environment and economic performance of the whole life cycle of ships.Second,a unified system boundary(including ship design,ship construction,ship operation,ship maintenance,ship dismantling and recycling)is specified.Under this premise,carry out environmental emission inventory analysis and cost inventory analysis on ships,and classify and characterize environmental inventory data.Based on the national and local government’s levy standards for pollutant discharge,as well as environmental discharge background data such as the China Statistical Yearbook and local statistical annual reports,the social willingness to pay value is calculated to complete the monetization of environmental impacts.At the same time,based on the list and data of the whole life cycle cost items,the cost of each stage of the whole life cycle of the ship is obtained,so as to realize the integration of the environmental cost and the whole life cycle cost.In addition,the integrated evaluation model is used to calculate an example of a case ship,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out to verify the practicability of the evaluation model.Finally,based on the "China Statistical Yearbook" and CLCD,and based on the Visual Studio 2017,the LCA-LCC integrated analysis system for ships is developed.And use the integrated analysis system to evaluate the comprehensive environmental and economic performance of four marine fuels(diesel,natural gas,liquid ammonia,methanol),analyze and compare their respective advantages and disadvantages,the results show that the comprehensive performance of natural gas and methanol is better than diesel,is an ideal new fuel.
