Blockchain is essentially a distributed database realized by a unique consensus mechanism,with characteristics such as data immutability and open and transparent storage.As the underlying support technology for digital currencies,blockchain is decentralized due to its distributed consensus,and combined with smart contract technology that can be executed in a low-trust environment,it can promote a new round of industrial upgrading in traditional industries,but it also generates many security issues that have not occurred in traditional technologies.For example,the open and transparent storage of blockchain ledger data can lead to serious risks of privacy leakage of transaction data,and existing privacy protection schemes are difficult to strike a balance between user privacy protection and supervisability.Therefore,this paper builds a secure blockchain privacy-preserving transaction environment based on cryptography and establishes a secure and efficient transaction framework with reasonable pricing based on smart contracts for the Usage-Based Insurance(UBI)industry with the following work.(1)A regulable privacy-preserving scheme for consortium blockchain is proposed.First,generate Pedersen commitments to hide the amount of specific transactions,and construct ciphertexts on elliptic curves based on Decision Linear(DLIN)algorithm;second,generate non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs to ensure that the amounts in commitments and ciphertexts are equal,and the supervisory center can supervise specific transactions by decrypting the ciphertexts of suspicious transactions;finally,construct ciphertexts based on Hierarchical Deterministic(HD)based Dual-Key Stealth Address Protocol(DKSAP)to hide the address of the recipient of the transaction.Theoretical analysis and simulation prove that this scheme has lower overhead compared with existing schemes while ensuring the privacy of transaction data and achieving supervisibility.(2)A consortium Blockchain-based distributed security UBI scheme,Safety Decentralized Usage-Based Insurance(SDUBI).First,the real-time driving data is encrypted by Pedersen commitment and stored to the cloud server,which records the Merkle tree root to the blockchain after updating the data,which is used to combine the onsite accident determination situation to ensure the authenticity of the data;second,the hidden offset factor is introduced based on EC-Elgamal encryption algorithm to realize the periodical and controlled display of the sensitive driving data used to calculate the driving situation and avoid the involuntary leakage of the private data.Finally,the algorithm SAMME is used to train the imbalanced data set,evaluate the driving risk level and calculate the rate determination coefficient,and get the vehicle premium based on the driving condition correctly and reasonably,and deploy the smart contract based on the Hyperledger to realize the secure transaction process of vehicle UBI insurance.
