Research On The Optimization Of Government Functions In The Transformation And Upgrading Of Township Industrial Enterprises

In recent years,the transformation and upgrading of township industrial enterprises have made great achievements and made great contributions to the high-quality development of China’s economy.The optimization of government functions is conducive to the government’s further clear positioning,dealing with the relationship between the government and the market,providing high-quality public goods and services,and selecting targeted governance tools.It is the key to the transformation and upgrading of township industrial enterprises,and a powerful grasp to promote the economic supply side structural reform.Therefore,it is very important to carry out the research on the optimization of government functions in the transformation and upgrading of township industrial enterprises.Based on the relevant research results,this paper uses the methods of theoretical research,case analysis and investigation.Firstly,according to the characteristics of government functions,combined with the theory of technological innovation,industrial cluster theory and grass-roots governance theory,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of government function optimization in the transformation and upgrading of township industrial enterprises.Then through the method of case analysis,this paper makes an investigation on the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises in Changle Town and the optimization of government functions.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions: strengthen strategic planning,improve the construction of public platform and strengthen the guarantee of enterprise development elements.The innovation of this paper: at present,there are many researches on the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises,but there are few researches on the optimization of government functions,and most of the existing researches focus on the overall industrial enterprises,rather than the township industry.This paper studies from the perspective of villages and towns,which can make up for the research gap in this field to a certain extent.At the same time,the countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper help to improve the transformation and upgrading of township industry,optimize government functions,promote the modernization of government governance system and governance capacity,and contribute to high-quality economic development,which has strong practical significance.
