In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s socialist economy and the deepening of the electricity marketization process,the country’s electric power enterprises are paying more and more attention to improving the quality level of employees,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and lay a solid foundation for their long-term sound development.While attaching importance to the selection and cultivation of talents,enterprises also need to attach great importance to staff training,especially the induction training for new employees who have not yet been set.New employee training as the "first course" for new employees,to complete the role of the conversion,integration into the new environment and explore the potential plays a vital role.This study takes the new employee training of State Grid Q City Power Supply Company as an example,focusing on the new employees of State Grid Q City Power Supply Company,based on the learning organization theory,competency model,Kirkpatrick model and other relevant theoretical basis.Combined with research methods such as questionnaire survey,face-to-face in-depth interview and data analysis,this thesis deeply analyzes the specific problems existing in the new employee training of State Grid Q City Power Supply Company,namely,insufficient consideration of the differentiated needs of new employees in the training course,the gap between the ability level of training instructors and the requirements of new employees,and the lack of assessment and tracking of training.Finally,according to the relevant theories and the actual situation of the company,from the training needs,training content,training methods,training instructors,training effect evaluation of five aspects of the specific optimization plan to solve the problem.By improving and optimizing the orientation training system for new employees and improving the effectiveness of training,we can lay a solid foundation for improving the sense of belonging of new employees and accelerating their growth,and create initial conditions for the construction of high-quality talent team for the company to help the development of the company.The research idea and method of this thesis can also provide some theoretical and practical guidance and reference significance for the construction of training system and training management improvement in other similar domestic energy industries.
