Drawer Apartment Renovation Design Based On The Status Quo Of Extreme Commuting Youth In Beijing

The research background of this study is based on the increasing separation between work and housing in Beijing,which has resulted in a large increase in the number of young people with extreme commuting.As a result,many young people are forced to join a work mode with long commutes,high living costs and high living pressure.The purpose of this study is to propose an effective solution to improve the living experience of extreme commuting youth and provide a more convenient and comfortable living environment for extreme commuting youth,which has certain practical research significance.Literature analysis,theoretical analysis and case analysis were used in the study.First of all,through reading a large number of past literature,collect the basic data of young people from different social backgrounds and occupations,through theoretical analysis and integration of data and literature content,to understand the commuting situation and living needs of young people.Then,referring to the existing youth apartment cases,put forward the "drawer type" youth apartment transformation design scheme,which aims to provide an economic,convenient and comfortable living choice for youth.Through the analysis of the existing cases and the study of the extreme commuting youth,it is found that "drawer type" youth apartment renovation design scheme is a feasible solution.This study puts forward a series of "drawer type" apartment renovation design scheme,"drawer type" apartment is community type apartment renovation scheme,including increasing green and leisure space,improve the facade,improve the security of the apartment and so on.It can not only improve the quality of youth’s life,but also increase their sense of belonging to work in big cities.The programme can also contribute to sustainable urban development and reduce urban housing pressure and environmental pollution.This study provides a new idea and scheme for the design of domestic youth apartment,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
